This place is trash. The manager has an entitled attitude and when she takes orders she says I didn’t hear you. You raise the volume of your voice and repeat yourself. She says don’t be mean to me. I don’t know what happened to this location. I’ve enjoyed coming here for the last 3 years and something has changed. They messed my girlfriends online order up I had to go back and just today they messed it up again. I guess a guy should be employed by BK so he knows the correct order is coming out of the window when he spends his money for a dead simple service

This location has been renovated more recently and is one of the nicest Burger Kings I have seen. Although the food was good, the customer service was awesome. Kudos to Shane and his sense of humor. We asked for water cups, expected to get empty water cups, but they were given to us pre-filled, with lids on them. Nice touch. Great place to get a bite while the car is being worked on at Discount Tire in the same parking lot.

I have visited this Burger King location twice this month and both times I was kindly greeted by the Drive Through Cashier, Dominic. I’m always a little reluctant to ask for hot fresh food for fear that it will upset the staff, but Dominic and Manager Judy were more than happy to make it happen. I appreciate it.
