HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO A MOES LOCATION. I placed two orders separately at 9:30AM to be picked up at this location at 12:00pm. When I arrived only one order was made. I was told the other order didn’t exist for about 30 minutes before the manager or whoever walked away from me in the middle of the conversation (in what I thought was an attempt to get my food). Nope. I had to get up 10 minutes later again and ask what was going on and was told I would have to pay for my food again and that I made a mistake and only placed one order. After repeatedly showing them my order confirmations, then they said the order failed. After 45 minutes of waiting and my friend done with her meal, they finally made my food, but only if I paid. I paid for my food and was continuously given an attitude. I understood what they were saying and they were talking about me in Spanish. I have attached screenshots of the two orders that I placed at 9:30AM within minutes of each other, and my charge 45 minutes after I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my food. Extremely disappointed in Moe’s and in the end they acted like they were doing me a favor and I was crazy. I then paid 13.77 for the new order. I am a nurse and only had a small amount of time for lunch and spent most of it fighting with them because they said my order didn’t exist.

Moe Meat Moe burrito is pretty packed with lots of stuff. A little too cheesy for me, but it was still pretty good. The soft shell tacos are quite good. A little on the pricey side though. They always give a huge bag of chips. Their guacamole and queso are good sides.

I am a regular customer. I am tired of not being able to get grilled onions bc you decided to only use it with peppers and for some reason you wolnt accommodate just picking a few off. You guys know me I’m here at least once a week. I will not come back. It’s that annoying bc your employees have complained. I don’t get y this is so hard of a request and y ur employees are rude about it. I don’t eat raw onions or peppers. Guess u don’t want me as a customer anymore after I’ve gone at least once a week usually 2x a week for the last couple of years

I placed a mobile order for a veggie stack at 7:03pm via the Moes Mobile App. I picked up my order at around 7:20pm and brought it home. When I went to eat my stack at 10pm, after cutting it in half I smelled meat. Once I pulled it apart I saw that this was not my stack at all and I was given a meat stack which was somebody elses order. This is completely unacceptable, I’ve had numerous problems with this location; (1) the employees at this location always fail to cut my stack in 1/2 as you are supposed to do everytime, and (2) the employees seem more infactuated with conversing with one another rather than doing their jobs. I will NOT be returning to this location, because it completely baffles me how you can mess up an order when the instructions are submitted online, and printed out specifically at the counter.
