As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The staff was very unprofessional and rude. Fries cold and chicken had been sitting for quite sometime. The only thing fresh was the bread if that. Re-ordered fries only to bite the chicken sandwich and it was dry and cold. Never again will visit this location again. NEED NEW EMPLOYEES WITHIN THE ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!!

I am from out of town so visiting this location April 16th. I was told they had no bread to make sandwiches so when I explained I didn’t need bread anyway the woman had attitude I guess bc she still had to make my food. Then I asked for a Cherry coke bc on the menu they say they have it. She saidnwe don’t carry cherry coke with attitude. If you don’t like your job please quit so customers can get good customer service bc this is ridiculous. Food prices are going higher and higher but quality and customer service continue to fall. I would tell everyone to never come to this location.

Got the so-called “$5 Meal Deal.” Don’t be fooled. It was not a meal, and it certainly was NOT a deal. I received 4 chicken nuggets, about 15 fries, and a lukewarm Checker burger with a small drink (for some reason, they didn’t have any iced tea made). The food was spilled haphazardly in the bag, and it took me 8 minutes to receive my food, despite the fact that I was the only customer. I felt as if I needed a refund. I definitely will not be back…

I just argued with a young lady named Akethia who could not understand the concept that two for $5 or a $5 combo are not the same thing. I tried reasoning logically with her and even showed her the sign but she still argued with me that it meant 2 sandwiches and not a combo which is a sandwich drink and Fry. Fast food really needs to stop hiring people with any level of education.
