We bought 3 cheeseburgers. 2 had really hard buns. If you have stale buns, please throw it away. Or you find a hole in the bag, throw it away, don’t serve it. We didn’t get our receipt either. We went through the drive through. The sweet tea was not sweet either.

Stopped in for some victory baseball ice cream. Had excellent service when ordering. The young lady that made our ice cream was on the ball. I had the best hot fudge sundae at a DQ that I’ve ever gotten. Lots of Hot fudge! Most other DQs barely put any hot fudge in there, but this gal knows how to do it right! Keep up good work!

Best fast food I have had in a long time. Staff was cheerful and went above and beyond in their service. Rarely write reviews good or bad, but the DQ in Paulding was fantastic. Our food was plenty hot and fresh with generous portions. Pat yourselves on the back.

Girl taking order wouldn’t change the fries to onion rings with up charge for 2$ and needless to say the meal for 3 of us with up chargers was 14$ more than they had my food wait another 15 mins so they could make ice cream very rude will not be going back

Always delicious! We stop here often and they never disappoint. Our food tonight was all correct and hot! 🙂 I ordered a mini blizzard and it did not have many cookie dough pieces, so I asked the girl at the drive-thru if I could get a little spoonful more 🙂 ha. She was so kind and gave me some and she didn’t even act irritated or inconvenienced (employees like those are hard to come by these days!) So thank you, sweet girl at the window, who made my night with cookie dough! 🙂

The restaurant is generally untidy regardless of the time I visit. Last week I was unable to find a clean table in the entire restaurant. The floors were “sticky” when walking on them. There were fries, paper napkins and other items on the floor. The area behind the main counter was littered with various ingredients. We waited over 30 minutes for our order, when I inquired on the status of it I was told they “lost it”. They did remake my order at no additional cost. Disappointing thing is we were the only ones in the restaurant and there were at least 6 employees standing around chatting and checking their phones. We decided that we would no longer visit the Paulding Dairy Queen.
