The fried rice isn’t what you’d expect at all. White rice with a ton of not so great seasoning on it. Ruined the taste of the whole lunch. Also, the vegetables are 99% cabbage and not cooked very well either. Used to have a great Sarku at the mall I used to live by but this one falls super short

They got good chicken and shrimp teriyaki. It’s a favorite place of my whole family when we go to the mall. Even my 2 year old loves it and he’s a picky boy. I tend to get the teriyaki chicken and shrimp with noodles and vegetables. Make sure you ask for extra sauce though. Really kicks it up a notch. One thing I must mention is that one time when I was there I seen a drink of an employees that they had obviously drank from which was half empty was still sitting in the cooler they were selling bottled drinks to customers. Employees should not keep their personal drinks they have drank from in the same fridge as unopened ones for customers to buy. It’s not good business etiquette and don’t seem particularly sanitary. I ain’t sure if that’s got any fda rules against that but I was not happy to see that and it deterred me from ordering the sports drink I wanted.

Even for a restaurant in a mall, it was bad. I had the Chicken Teriyaki. The chicken was low quality and cooked to a rubbery consistency. The plain white rice was a bit cold and had been rinsed thoroughly which meant that there was zero stick to it. The mixed vegetable consisted of cabbage, cabbage, cabbage, and a hint of broccoli and carrots. Again, I know that this is in the “food court” of a mall, but it should at least be better than a frozen microwave meal.
