Truly awful management. I placed an online order for pickup and it was missing a sandwich. I found this out after coming home and opening the bag (like any normal person would). I go back to the cafe and the manager immediately shoots me down. “I made it myself” he said, “i know there were two sandwiches in there” he didn’t give me any opportunity or any type of compassion for screwing up the order. i tried to explain that everything else in my order was fine, I was just missing the sandwich and they said “well you can stuff in an out of that bag all day long”. SO RUDE and annoying honestly. Do not go here unless you want rude people to serve you. I work in customer service myself and I’d never act like that no matter how frustrating or annoying a consumer is

I’m still very surprised to find a KFC that is 4 stars with so many reviews, so I tried it and in general, it’s worth of a 4 stars, the size of fried chicken varies in a wild range, and one that I received was as small as a chicken nugget, but the drive-through was fast and nothing much else to complain about.

Ordered chicken through app. Arrived within 10 minutes. Food ready. Before leaving checked bag chicken lukewarm and Mac n cheese cold. When biting into chicken was greasy and flavorless. Mac n cheese became creamy and delicious after reheated.
