Stopped here on my way driving North on hwy 10 as I was desperately looking for food. So happy I went off the main road to this gem. The veggie burrito was perfect. Great menu and quality food for a very decent price. Will definitely be stopping here for dinner on my future trips through the area.

Tried this place out for the first time with my family and was not disappointed. Kids devoured their food, saying how good it was. Location is great, easy parking. Service was fantastic. You can sit and eat or take it to go. Food is very customizable, with lots of options and different things you can do. Reasonably priced as well!

Perfect ending for a wonderful meal! After slowly working our way through the menu during many visits, we tried the Fried Ice Cream. It, like all the entrees, was delicious. Huge portion, that’s a large tablespoon in the photo, not a teaspoon. Hand assembled, not the pre-packaged, pre-portioned desserts from many restaurants these days. Hernandez Burrito shines as a wonderful local eating spot, with great food from fresh ingredients and friendly, neighborly service. It’s like walking into the family kitchen, being greeted by the enticing aroma, and welcomed by the cordial staff.

This was the 3rd time we tried the restaurant… ordered quisadila’s, to go. Opened the carton when I got home… there was ⅓ cup of liquid in there. Everything was soggy and the cheese was like glue. Seriously, do NOT have cheese on anything… except for the queso, it’s not to bad. They forgot a burrito bowl but I caught it right away. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER. I didn’t realize, we ordered 2 guacamole, sour cream & picodegillo (Which we pd extra for) NONE WERE ADDED TO OUR ORDER. This is our LAST TIME coming to this establishment. No more tries. Each time we go, it gets worse & worse! We hit rock bottom and paid $60.00 + worth of food in the garbage. Also the burrito bowl was nasty tasting as well & it was really small! I hope, in the future, the food quality & flavor makes a turn around… people WILL STOP coming & then yet another restaurant closed. The couple who own the business are SUPER NICE & A COOL COUPLE, but the restaurant is thumbs down! Sorry… we won’t be back anymore. 3 tries & you’re out… & you’re OUT.

Great authentic Mexican burrito/taco restaraunt. Lots of options for meats and toppings to build your burrito/taco. It is not a big restaraunt, but they utilize the space well. Similar to chipotle but they have more options and it’s a more authentic and local business.

I ordered the shrimp burrito bowl and it was phenomenal. We ordered as a group at work and the food was ready to go and on time when I got there. The employees were friendly and attentive. We will be going back!
