My son was looking forward for the Grimace’ meal so we asked to order it. The person taking our order told us that they has discontinued it since it was only available in June. My son then asked for something else instead quickly because the person taking the order seemed annoyed. After we placed to order and came to the first window my son asked if he could please have a mcchicken instead of his previous order, and the women replied with “Man you guys are a pain in the ass”. I then canceled the order. This was extremely rude and mean especially to say to a 12 year old kid who just wanted a chicken sandwich.

So as lazy as the self serve trend is, with the couple of dollar price increse,(one entirely unearned too) they should be out of business soon. For my quarter pounder combo I ordered no cheese I got extra cheese, my fries were late and not cooked completely and mixed with old fries, no sprite at the fountain either a complete failure across the board. How I don’t know but I’m disgusted.

I got to the restaurant at 8:40 am, so a little before the posted hours. I knew I would have to wait, no big deal. Then 9am came and went, by 9:10 I’m starting to feel impatient. All I want is a quick breakfast before I get on my train. At this point, I’ve spoken to one of the servers in passing, so they know I’m out there. By 9:20 I’ve given up because I need to catch the train. Honestly, it’s not a huge deal, but I am annoyed. This is why I don’t eat at McDonald’s

The lobby closed at 4pm. We were bummed about that. Went to the drive through. No line but the girl taking our orders was horrible. We had to repeat our orders many time. Still got it wrong in the end. And they didn’t give us everything we ordered. We had to ask for our food. Some items were missing. We were missing drinks too. And they forgot to give us straws. The crispy chicken was not crispy at all. They lost in the chicken war.

Doors have been locked from the inside where we have not been able to walk into McDonald’s for months. Workers sit inside eating with the door’s locked during open business hours. Drive through also takes forever. My family and I have not had a good experience here for 5years or so. Maybe under new management? Please fix these unnecessary issues.
