I have been going to this particular Dairy Queen for over 40 years. The service used to be great, but the last few years have me going less and less. They usually mess up at least one of my orders. (I order for 5-6 people each time). Several of the ladies are not nice to anyone. We can even hear them arguing in the back with each other. This last visit was the worst, so we will not be going back for a long while.

We placed an order today on the app, and when we picked it up, they didn’t have the blizzard or the cupfections we ordered. They couldn’t do a refund because they said they couldn’t do mobile order refunds since you paid on the app before coming there. They only have one person running for the drive-thru and making blizzards, drinks, milkshakes, etc., while the others are leaning back against the counter when they could be helping! Then when you do get your ice cream, it’s running down the sides and with chocolate syrup or caramel all over it, and it ends up being an awful mess. This location is just pitiful with how it operates! They never have what you want, food is cooked until it’s burned, and only one person does the work while the rest kick back. Way too expensive for the quality of food you get and then the awful service!

Sold out of every single fall blizzard flavor. Proper planning prevents poor performance. Long line in drive through, backed up slow moving. The drive through speaker is insanely loud – you can hear it over at other buildings on the strip while people order. Parking lot and drive through lanes need attention/swept – lots of trash everywhere. Drive through attendant was borderline rude. If your out of ALL flavors of something – lead with that it’s not hard: Hello welcome to DQ we’re currently out of all fall blizzard flavors. How may I help you today?

Dairy Queen is absolutely appalling. These people are stupid staff members and I cannot stand them. They are so rude – like Hillbilly Elegy. They screwed up my drink and made me wait another 20 minutes for another order and things didn’t work out. Please IMMEDIATELY drive past this location and go somewhere else!

The front counter staff is pleasant and quick until you have a complaint and then its all attitude. They give you food that is inedible, DQ is not a cheap place to eat and when to get cheese curds so burnt they are literally black and chicken strips that are cooked so long they are shriveled up and the chicken is so dry you would choke if you ate it. But you’re told no one there is authorized to do refunds fully knowing there is a shift manager for every shift and they are just refusing to refund you for their mistakes.

To be fair, I don’t usually eat here. Today we did. I ordered a single A-1 burger, a double A-1 burger meal no cheese, Dr pepper no ice, dr.pepper light ice. Fries were hot. Bacon on my burger was hard. I had to take it off. Most of the way through my burger, there is a hair in it. Gross. We call, they said come get a new one. No one said to bring in the burger with the hair so I threw it out. Go all the way back, only to be told they HAVE to have the burger with the hair in it in order to replace it. They should tell you that on the phone when you call. I’m not digging it out if the trash so I said forget it. How likely am I to eat here again? Probably never again.Edit: we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again. I won’t go back. I ordered 2 of the A-1 burgers. The onion rings tasted old and the bacon wasn’t crunchyon either of them. It was like it had sat there after being cooked for awhile as well as burnt.one of them was put together crooked like. All the a-1 sauce was in one spot causing it to be soggy and hard to pick up. The hot chocolate Oreo blizzard tasted like nothing more that regular chocolate ice cream with Oreo bits and was half melted when we got it. I’m not wasting my time calling and complaining just to be told to drive all the way back over there and bring the food back. I just threw it all out and won’t be eating at this DQ.
