The worst experience and worst restaurant. The manager is rude and staff is disrespectful. The order was all wrong and didn’t even get what we ordered. When reported to the manager he said I can do whatever I want and he won’t replace anything. Absolutely worst customer service. Please pick another restaurants. The service was great, everyone was friendly, staff made suggestions and were very accommodating. I was so excited to have an Indian restaurant nearby! I’ve missed Indian food dearly and decided to treat myself one evening. Unfortunately, my order was missing 3 items, which DoorDash was kind enough to refund for me. Here’s the review for the rest: The Raita: taste was a touch bland but the consistency was so watery that it was off-putting. Murgh Tikka: most of the sauce was spilled out when I received it, it was a rather modest serving, with no rice, but tasted alright. Not something I would order again, but not terrible. Garlic Naan: would have been delicious if fresh. They definitely used salted butter which is awesome! But the naan itself was rubbery and cold.

I had a fantastic experience here this past weekend with my friends. We were looking for a good Indian restaurant in the Toms River area. None of knew that there was an Indian restaurant in Toms River. I feel very lucky to have found this gem on Google and deciding to bring my friends for lunch. Even though the kitchen closes at 2:30 pm for lunch, the owner was very accommodating of seating us at 2:15 pm. We ordered the veg platter as an appetizer and mysore masala dosa, malai kofta and dal makhani with garlic naan and onion kulcha as our entrees. The entrees came with a generous portion of rice. The spice level and flavors were crafted perfectly. The aroma and freshness of the food were amazing. The onion seeds in the red onion chutney served with the appetizer and on the onion kulcha truly enhanced the flavor of the dishes. The mysore masala dosa served with sambar and chutney was fantastic. It is hard to find Indian restaurants that serve both Punjabi and South Indian dishes that are authentic. This was one of the best meals we’ve ever had. The owner was very charismatic and social, which took our dining experience to the next level. I highly recommend this restaurant and plan to go back next time I am in the area.
