I have nothing but respect for these women they are very hard workers. The food is amazing and all the salsa the make is delicious and have a good kick to it. They have live music at times and it is a very friendly environment. I’ve been coming to years and it has only gotten better.

I came here for birria tacos and it was disgusting. It had ZERO flavor and the broth was just bland and oily. The tortillas were super small and I paid $2.75 per taco. It was definitely not worth it and not to mention most the meat in the taco was fat pieces. It’s not worth the hype because most the reviews were years ago. Don’t know what changed but do not go unless you tryna waste money.

Last time we visited Las Chismosas, the fried fish was delicious and plentiful. We enjoyed ourselves greatly but this time we both had soups…a bit salty. The chicken breast tough and the beef too much fat on it.

My torta was really good. I think they forgot to add the refried beans. They ran out of jalapenos so I had the other chiles in the salsa bar and those were spicy! I thought the food was good and decently priced. I liked the hand made tortillas. Wish I would have taken a photo.
