Total garbage. When you pay $35 for a family pack of chicken you would think that the chicken strips would be actual chicken strips and not this garbage. Not only was the chicken hard, the biscuits were hard, and then to top if off they could these 3 as part of the 15 when they are literally all breading. Don’t waste your money. Go to fresh, buy some chicken strips, put some flour on them and cook them yourself. You will be much happier and not have wasted your money. If I could have given the food zero stars I would have.

Had a to go order with 7 tenders. They’re small and not worth the price you pay for them. They cheated me one tender as well. They can do better!! I bought fish as well. There wasn’t much flavor. When Chicken Express came to Tyler, they were the best. Now, I doubt if I’ll return.

I stopped by Chicken express last evening to get some chicken for dinner. I have had pretty good experience with Chicken Express in the past. However, when I got home to eat the chicken, I was greatly disappointed! The chicken breasts were over cooked! They were dry, not very warm and over cooked. What a disappointment! Not sure if this was a one time thing, but it makes me not want to go back at least to this location.

Can you please tell me why chicken express will not make any chicken livers past 8:30pm even though they stay open until 10:00pm. I believe the employees that work here at the location on old Jacksonville in Tyler TX are lazy and don’t want to do their job!!! They are absolutely not worth the money they are paid!!!!
