Just got home with food and soft shells have hardened edges, potato soft tacos have potatoes that are so hard they’re not edible, burrito tortilla is hardened on thicker folded side, I’m tired and it’s a 15 minute drive or I’d take it back. Waste of $$$

Extremely rude staff. I asked for a receipt and they said out of paper. I went into the store see if it was just that machine for drive through or in general. They walked away from me at the front desk when they saw me. Then they ignored me and I had to yell for someone in the food line to come and answer my question. They began yelling at me and accused me of calling them liars. I did no such thing. I just wanted to know if they were out of receipt paper in general or if it was just that machine. Then I asked for clarification on when later was, to which they just kept yelling at me “later”. I had to specifically ask if they were getting paper later today, tomorrow, next week, etc. to which they just rolled their eyes and said “later”. I told them my company would not reimburse my food without a receipt. They didn’t care at all. They yelled at me, came at me with attitude and had no appreciation for my inquiry or respect for me as a person. They clearly need to hire more mature, capable staff who can handle a calm client question and not act like a childish teenager.

This place sucks. It screws up my simple order every time and does nothing to try to make it right. I do not blame the employees, who are earnest young people, but the management/franchise ownership should be punished. They have never properly fulfilled an order for me or tried to do anything to make it right.

Impressive! The crew that works there really value their jobs. I honestly haven’t eaten Taco Bell in 2 years. I got food poisoning at one in Kingman Arizona and swore I would never go to a Taco Bell again.

The workers at 4:30 today, were the best crew experience I’ve had at this Taco Bell. The food was really good quality, came out hot, and tasted amazing. The worker at the window was also very friendly and gave us a great experience. Taco Bell, give them raises and let me know when they’re working so I can come then!

Ordered a lot of food online and drove there to pick it up. Because we ordered so much food, I couldn’t sit in the drive-thru to make sure everything was there. When I got home, we discovered a quesadilla and three Doritos tacos missing. However, there were three additional regular soft tacos in the bag. I drove all the way back and was given a quesadilla but was now told they were out of the Doritos tacos, so they replaced them with the regular soft tacos. It would have been nice to be told that at first, and they didn’t even give me anything in addition to cover the difference in price.

Not sure what has happened to this Taco Bell but 2nd time in a row they are out of paper and no receipt. Can’t understand why three soft chicken tacos was over $12. Definitely will think twice about going back.

It’s taco bell, it is what it is. What it used to be was fast food cheap. Now a taco is more than a meal used to be amd they’ve cut their menu dropping obvious items and favorites across the board.

Feminine products hanging out of shallow trash can in bathroom right below a paper towels, glove on top of trash can in sitting area, and sitting area was gross food all over floor. Not being funny but I’d be better off eating in my vehicle.
