My family ate here when they first opened and we loved it. It reminded me of the food stops on road trips we’d take in Korea. Everything was tasty and on time. Nice to have a Kimchi option for Kimchi lovers in the mall. Enjoyed and would go back.

A clear example of “Trying to do too much”. A place that sells corn dogs and fries – sure! But having 2-3 employees to prepare chicken, corn dogs, fries, ddeok-bokki in an incredibly saturated mall is far too much work. The place either needs to hire more staff or cut away products from the menu. I have legitimately walked away without getting my corn dogs nearly an hour after ordering them. I have asked once where’s my order and once it was apparent they have forgotten about me *again* I decided that I would rather eat the $11 I have spent than waiting potentially another hour for two incredibly simple dishes.

Horrible experience. First off the machine makes you tip, which tipping is not the issue. It the fact that it forces you to. You click custom and it boots you off. Second they add whatever topping they feel like when you give them specific options on what you wanted on what. Then they get the order wrong. Order 5 get a number 4. Chicken wings are all breading, little chicken. Horrible. Do not recommend.
