20230331 I thought I have eaten at all the Bojangles on 81 in VA… apparently not! The young lady at the drive thru was very nice. The biscuit was amazing!! A little crispy, salty and buttery. Perfect! I like that they use sausage gravy on the mashed potato. The 3 pieces of dark meat were a good size! Very big. The restaurant appears to be very clean, and so is the ladies restroom. The restaurant decor is different, very nice.

Don’t know what’s happened but the biscuits are horrible. So thin u can read through them. Multiple visits. And as always I have pics for proof. Even a bacon egg and cheese biscuits too. Why is there no bread in the biscuit. It’s just crust. Been this way for a while now. Come to this location often. Old airport road, bristol. U better start handing out two with every order. It is very very bad. U r a biscuit place. Fix ASAP please!

On Thursday, May 18th, I was fibbing home from work early and decided to hit bojangles. I checked their hours on Google and saw that the drive thru opened at 5 am. It said the hours had been updated by the business within the last week, so I was confident the drive thru would be open. I passed the bojangles at exit 19 to go to exit 7 as I needed to get off that exit to get home, and it was more convenient. I got to bobsled at 5:06 am and pulled in the drive thru. I waited over 5 minutes and even called it to ty to get someone attention. There were people inside. The drive thru was lit up, so at first, I thought maybe they were busy or didn’t realize the time. No one ever came over the speaker, I finally pulled up to the window and stopped long enough to see there were people inside actively trying to ignore me.
