We had a great experience with the drive thru! The customer service was kind and friendly & our pizza was good too! The timing worked out perfectly that we got ours quickly! I’d recommend calling ahead to see what all they have first, then order or use the app!

They do NOT have a speaker from which to order drive thru. Makes the line REALLY slow, as each car has to drive up to order. Ordering ahead is almost impossible as they don’t answer the phone. You can order online, but you STILL have to sit through that slow line, unless you go in. To me, the beauty of pizza night is ease & convenience. This one doesn’t fit the bill. I go to the one on Eastern instead.

I hate Little Caesars. Every time I go pick up an DoorDash order for a customer there always seems to be a 10+ min wait. Like today I went to pick up an order they told me it is almost done. Waited about 6-8 mins for an order and then gets told they made the pizza wrong. That have to remake it. So now they ware wasting my valuable time because they f up the pizza. I swear Little Caesars is doing on this on purpose to us DoorDash drivers because it seems to be a long wait every time. Also on top of it all they only had Diet Pepsi 2 liter bottles. Everything else was out. GAAAAAAAAAA!

Called in an order and was told 20 to 25 minutes. I gave them 30 because they sounded busy. Then go through the drive thru and was told to pull up and they would bring out the food. I waited another 30 minutes. Then went inside and asked for a refund. There was no manager only a shift lead who seemed to not know what he was doing. He then gave me an order void receipt instead of a refund receipt. Still waiting on the refund as of 4 days later. I really like little Caesars pizza but if this is the way they conduct business then I will not go to any of their locations again. I will choose mazios or dominos.

I would give zero stars if google would allow. This location has to be the worlds worst Little Caesars. The pizza is not “Hot n Ready” it’s more like “Warm n Waiting” except today it was burnt and cold. If you go here you can always count on them not having Italian Cheese bread or crazy bread ready. One time I went through the drive through here and had a girl get so upset she threw a pizza at me. I called to speak to her manager and she said well you yelled at her! Lol. If bad service and cold burnt pizza is your jam. You’ll love it here

Never again will go here! You tell me it’s a 25 min wait on two thin crust which is fine but expect them to be freshly made, they were not. They were hardly even cut. They looked old and I had to hit up my pizza.

Ordered on app, I showed up when was specified. I waited another hour for 2 cheese pizzas. One turned out to be a sausage. I should have made them redo it, but that would have been another 45 min. Talked to 3 other people while waiting in the lobby that were going through the same ordeal. All of that for burnt and dry pizza. I will never go back.

Ordered on the app. Said would be ready in 15 – 20 minutes. Gave the 25 minutes. Had to wait in line at the drive thru for 15 minutes. There were 5 cars ahead of me. Horrible customer service. Have young kids working there that don’t have a clue what they are doing.

I came in after church and ordered my family food! I go home find out my pizza is not only wrong but all the whole order was wrong they was the the wrong pizza at this point I was beyond mad I called a young man The manager and he assured me that they were sorry and that they would fix the issue to come back in there right my name on the board will I go back in the next day and I have to deal with a manager named EZ and he totally flips out tell me that my order was never wrong that hes not replacing it then talks to other employees telling them make those people wait, then he insisted on not answering the phones i will never ever come back here!!!

This location is the worst. Absolutely horrible pizza. I understand it’s not gourmet but the pizza doesn’t have to taste as bad as it does. Pizza: Flat dough, minimal cheese, biting through the crust may chip a tooth and pizza is cold rather than hot. Most likely used old dough from previous night. I couldn’t even finish the 1st slice. Returned immediately after and asked for a refund. This place really skimps. Hope your experience is better than mine however, I would not recommend.
