I may have something to do with the fact that I had just spent 5 days hiking along the central coast of California, but this was the best pizza I’ve ever eaten. I’m not at all embarrassed to admit that I ate an entire 10″ Everest by myself. And Stella Artois on tap! The shop has the feel of an old school pizza parlor and the guy at the counter was super nice and friendly.

We came for lunch buffet around 1pm. Dave was attending to all the customers! He asked us what pizzas would we like and he would make them. The pizzas we requested were absolutely phenomenal! Dave created a half and half Garlic Tuscan & Chicken Club with white sauce. We ate it all! I never had a pizza with hot links on it (Garlic Tuscan) it was great! The Chicken Club was đivine. Crispy crust, thin, loaded with toppings, right amountbof white sauce! We also ordered a whole Pikes peak. That was delicious also. A Mt. Veggiemore was there at the warmer, and I think I ate 2/3rds of it. The man having lunch across the was impressed on how much pizza I can consume! We will be back real soon!

I read the reviews to this location so I decided to give it a try. Ordered a small pepperoni and mushrooms well done. The pizza was actually good, however they were pretty skimpy on the pepperoni and extra heavy on the mushrooms, so I basically got a loaded with mushroom pizza that was not well done as requested. If I ordered a pepperoni and mushroom well done, that’s exactly what I should have received. Not sure if I will order from Mike’s again.

Hole in the wall restaurant is barely suitable for dining in. We ordered a pizza to go and picked it up. Walked 10 minutes back to our hotel room, and it was still hot and fresh. Delicious pizza and great service.

We got a large Sizzlin Bacon Classic and large 1/2 & 1/2 Pineapple Chicken Luau, Pikes Peak. Really loved crust on the pizza and really happy with the quantity of ingredients in the pizza.

Food was a cross between little Cesar’s pizza and dominoes so ingredients tasted pretty cheap. The price of the pizza was crazy I bought two large pizza’s with two toppings and it’s was 50.29 for carry out! Also the manager or owner was very high strung and made it’s stressful for customers and wrecked the atmosphere.
