Chileee , I ordered a 2 piece and he told me one price but when I got to the window the price increased. I asked how and he said it’s bc he rung me up wrong and had to correct it. I checked the bag and it’s a 3 piece .. and this is the 3 piece that I didn’t ask for anyways the next person at the windows was very nice and gave me another 2 piece . I came by today on my way home. No one in line. I order an 8-piece tender meal for the family with an extra side and two chicken littles. It cost $40. But I digress. I pull up I pay he does not give me a receipt and did not even offer me one so I didn’t think about it. He asked me to pull up. So I pull up to the door and I wait. After a few minutes he walks out with my sack of food and hands it to me and I say have a great day. It feels like a heavy box so on my way home I eat my chicken littles. Absolutely delicious no complaint. After sitting in traffic I finally get home and I go to feed my family and lo and behold not only my missing all my biscuits but I’m also given a couple pieces of shriveled up dry chicken tenders. Not even my full overpriced eight count of tenders. So because it was so expensive and I literally did not get half of my food itself, I look up online and call the store because of course I know they’re going to have an attitude that I don’t have my receipt that I was not offered. But again I digress. I call and I asked politely for a manager and I get told this is a manager how can I help you. She did not give me her name but I explained to her what happened and I gave her about the time that I came through I even gave her my car description and a description of the gentleman that I spoke with and that he brought me out my food. She said hold one moment and let me ask my crew. She comes back to the line and tells me that she asked everybody and they say they gave me everything. But however they would if I wanted to remake my biscuits and my tenders for me but nothing else. I said that’s absolutely fine because those are the things that I had a problem with that I did not get. I tell her if it’s okay if I come Monday because that’s when I work next and this is an hour for my house. She told me only today or tomorrow after I said monday. And I said again I can’t do that I’m fine just having you remake my biscuits and my tenders and not my entire meal, but I don’t think it’s right that I did not get what I paid for and I’m following up right now. She hung up on me. I cannot believe this is how you are treated when I was polite and honest and even understanding and was apologizing for having to bother them. But to not just be told no but to them be hung up on is extremely rude. I hope I get a response or I’m going to go and bring it to corporate’s attention. As many businesses were failing right now you really cannot expect to have rude people especially management.

Just went through drive through to vet the $20 box… Unacceptable. I did not get a receipt. The “nuggets” are tenders CUT into small pieces. The fries are OLD. There is nothing appetizing in how they look. The site says you get a choice of sauces. Nope. They just put them in there. I called the restaurant and it just rang on and on. I won’t be back and won’t recommend.

This will be my last time ever coming to this KFC. I specifically ordered a four piece wing combo which was about $13. They give me 2 breast and a leg and even messed up my sides when I don’t even coleslaw. On top of that I don’t eat chicken breast or drums. Then the drink the gave me taste like watered down soda water and I called to complain to at least get a meal replacement and the phone doesn’t even work. I’m over it! A waste of my money and time! DO NOT GO HERE!

I went 8/17/23 at 4pm. When I tell you I walked in and they were blasting Rick Ross! I was like okay kfc is ghetto but dang. Then the employees just looked at me as if they were confused as to why I was there. Ordered the $20 box and the biscuits were dry. Chicken was overly greesy and fries weren’t fresh. The attitudes of the employees plus how expensive kfc has the nerve to be I wouldn’t come back. This location is never busy so I did not expect much. The manager looked hood so the employees fall in line. Ghetto. Close it down!

Worst kfc ever. Been in the area 2 years now and this place has only consistantly gotten worst. I occasionally crave some good crunchy kfc chicken and always make the terrible mistake of rolling the dice with these guys. This is my last time.

Ordered two sandwiches online, then drove to this location (~8 minutes), they didn’t notice the order until I arrived, then told it would be 8 minutes to make one of the sandwiches, which was fine, but I then waited another half hour for my food. Also witnessed one of the KFC employees say ‘don’t speak English?’ to a couple who had just responded in English to his questions…. Food was good when I got to eat it but they had too many ‘cooks’ in the kitchen, six people behind the counter, and maybe one or two actually knew what was going on. Severely doubt I will ever come back here.

The KFC next to the airport has a surprisingly good service as other people mentioned. It has a drive thru that has effectively no waiting time and the staff makes sure they got the correct order. Also the food is very warm and delicious as many other similar places in Atlanta cannot have a consistent food quality and service. The only issue is that we received additional mashed potatoes which we did not order.
