This place is a stable in the International Food Court. There’s a good selection of Yummy food. Whether I want some Pho or a Vietnamese Sandwich, there’s gotta be some thing I could order. Please excuse my slurping when I eat the Pho. The soup they make is tasty in my book. Good value overall for being in the Financial District.

I just recently learned about this underground food mecca. Pho Express is one of the great places here to grab a quick lunch. They are usually pretty good at getting your order quickly although there always is a line. The broth is so tasty! Be sure to bring cash though, no cards accepted.

Combo pho, $10 cash plus tax ($10.85 total iirc). On the plus side, it’s a big bowl and the noodles are plentiful. The broth, to me, was so-so. It wasn’t bad per se, but I didn’t think it was good. Not overly salty like the usual bad stuff, just a bit off. Toppings portion was satisfactory: not as much as I’d like, but good compared to the usual skimpy servings in FiDi. Quality of meat was not bad, the tendon was good, though the tripe tasted a bit off to me.

Lunch for under 10 dollars ? Yes. Yes. Yes. Delicious chicken noodle soup Pho. They give you a quart of broth then a box of chicken and veggies and s plastic bag of basil, sprouts, lime, jalapeños, and sauces. The food is good. The price is right. I was happy.

This is a good place for Pho. I almost always get the same bowl of Pho at every Vietnamese place I visit: The combination bowl with everything.

Good food options at this underground place. Love the Pho but there’s always a long wait so usually end up having the Tom Yum extra spicy chicken/shrimp noodle soup next counter. It’s fantastic as well.

This is the most disrespectful, dirty, and most terrible experience I had eating in San Francisco. So I decided to try this out I went here like 3pm and the place was empty. I gave it a shot and tried it so I chose number 31 it’s a chicken curry with rice and she said number 31 right I said yes the chicken curry with rice I also verified that because they have pictures posted on it. And she was like pay money!! She keeps shouting on me I was like Iam still ordering, she was so aggressive that she implies no money no cook I was like I am gonna pay you. I’m just still deciding if I’m gonna get an additional spring roll. So to shut her up I just gave her a 20$ she’s like I’ll give you your change later. So after waiting for 15 mins . My order came and it was a chicken noodle soup so in shock I was like this is not what I ordered. She’s screaming at me saying oh we have no rice and curry so I gave you that one. And I was like this is not what I ordered you should have told me that before I pay or after ordering . She insist me to just deal with it so I asked for my money back and she’s being hysterical and pointing at me . I would never recommend people to eat here never

My last trip here, the broth was pretty bland, but I chalk that up to it being INSANELY busy. Usually a pretty good meal and decent staff.

Love this place! A hidden gem! Delicious food, affordable even though they recently raised their prices (probably because the food court raised their rent, there’s these stupid-hip places down there now that probably roll in the dough).

The vegetarian pho has very little flavor. I’m sure the meaty pho is much better, but it was a pretty underwhelming meal for me.
