It was a rainy day and I decided to get a delivery of Chinese from China Star and am glad I did. Since it was a delivery I can’t comment on the location BUT the service was nice and quick delivery wise especially. The food I got was very good! The beef fried rice, beef chow mein, fried Doughnuts and egg drop soup were all tasty and made very good! No problem, I’d try China Star again if in the mood for Chinese food!

Pretty standard strip mall Chinese restaurant. Tons of variety (over 100 items on menu) and it’s cooked hot when you order and made quickly. That said, food quality and value are just okay, and it’s less than friendly when the customer and staff are completely walled off by a thick curtain/tarp. No in-house dining space.

Im going 5 stars on China Star. Delightful food, very fast and such professional skills. Absolutely delicious food, polite service, great prices. Highly recommend this cuisine. I feel like I just stepped into the orient!

Pretty good Shrimp Fried Rice, but mostly dry, tough Sesame Chicken. Horrible Sweet and Sour Shrimp, with massive amounts of breading with teeny, tiny rubbery pieces of shrimp underneath. I was disappointed to see that there’s no vegetables or pineapple with this dish, either. That used to be the norm with sweet and sour dishes.

Very small, children in the dining room just stare at you. So I finally said HI and waved to them, and they all look towards the ground. The cashier never cracked a smile once. In fact, she looked down at her nose to me with no glasses on. White rice is the only thing that comes with the dinners or the lunches, unless you want to pay $3.50 more for fried. And it does not come with an egg roll.
