The last two times I have gone to McDonald’s in Helena the service has been very slow and the people working have been so rude. If you do not like people there are plenty of other jobs that are hiring. I do understand what they do. I worked at McDonald’s when I was a teenager. Because I do have that understandung, I have been polite and patient. I just will not be back for a while.

I honestly do not even know where to begin with this review. Drove up to the drive-through to get and placed my order in which I had to repeat it twice. No big deal. Got to the window to pay and the guy only mention two items that I purchased. So again, I had to repeat my whole entire order. There was no acknowledgment that I was even there. He just turned around, made a change and told me how much I owed him. I gave him my card and he gave it back without a word, no thank you, no bye, no drive up to the next window, no nothing. And then the kicker was, I drove up to the last window to get my food and had a young man greet me. That was nice. He actually acknowledged there was someone at the window. But the guy that came to hand me my order, was high as a kite! So I called him out on it. I told his coworker that he was high. Because by this time when he handed me the food, I could not believe my eyes. Completely glazed over, bloodshot red, he couldn’t even make up a sentence. Come on management!! Why don’t you send someone home like that?

Where do I begin? This store has to be one of the WORST restaurants I’ve been to. To be fair, I’ve gone to this restaurant 2 times before today and the ladies who took my order were very good with their customer service. Now, on this 4th of July at 9:20a… I waited in line at the drive thru. I was second in line when the car in front of me drove off for having to wait over 5 minutes. I should have been next. A car then pulls up in the lane next to me and was able to give their order right away. At which point after waiting almost 15 minutes by this time, I pulled out of line and went inside and requested to speak to the manager on duty (Devin). I explained to him what my complaint was and requested a discount for the inconvenience and time wasted. He took my order and it was another 15 mins before I got my order. While waiting, others had come in for the same reason, another couple came in to say their order was wrong and poorly prepared and demanded a refund vs a credit that was offered. There was no sense of urgency or delegation/leadership to improve the crews performance. Both lines in drive thru are now to the street. I could add more but I’m hoping this paints an adequate picture. I’ve stopped going to this particular restaurant before and after today, will NOT return as the service is poor, I’m not paying to receive attitude when none was given and to top it off, I don’t trust that my food from this point on won’t be tampered with in someway. I pray that corporate takes time to read this. The next closest store @7480 Old National Hwy, Riverdale, GA 30296 isn’t much better. I’ve given both restaurants chance after chance and they’ve failed miserably. Until corporate steps in and retrains the staff or cleans house, I’ll warn anyone to be advised, you may receive slow service, poor service, attitude/rudeness also check your order prior to leaving. I apologize for the ling rant but trust me, it was time to reveal how these two restaurants operate.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I tried not to judge them off the 1st and 2nd visit but after a 3rd visit tonight I am absolutely disgusted with this location. They have the worst attitudes I have ever seen. Especially the guy that hands out the food and drinks in the drive thru in the evenings. He is beyond rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I will personally never return. I worked food service for almost 20 years and I never had to deal with this type of attitude before and there not be consequences. It seems as though the management or franchise owner takes no pride in their restaurant and who is employed there. Don’t waste your money at this location.

Drive-thru customer at 1:15 p.m. on a Saturday. They were stacked and busy and every employee that I encountered had a great attitude, hustled and seemed very considerate of everyone’s needs. Really good visit today!

This location used to be ok at best. They were always slow, rude and got your order wrong. So i didnt eat here for a while, at lesst a year or two. But this year I decided to give them a try again. I have to say they have been great. The staff is super nice even when they are busy. My food is fresh and hot evrrytime I’ve gone. I order on the app and they have I have very rarely had to wait at all for my food.

Terrible!!! Evening service is horrible. They never have sweet tea in the evening…literally the last 4 times. I should also not see the underwear at the window. And seeing the face of the person at the window and not all his hair in his face….what happened to health codes and a hair net….disgusting. I keep hoping to get the same daytime service in the evening but it keeps getting worse. Daytime service is completely different and never issues.

The morning crew is usually amazing! The night crew however are always so incredibly rude. The guy that works the window that usually wears a Nike hoodie is the worst amongst them. Terrible service and barely even speaks a word because he’s obviously high on the job.

I’m a doordasher and I also do uber delivery. I wanna know why is it that yall will give me my delivery thru the drive thru after yall close yalls lobby but not before you close the lobby. You want me to walk in and do all this extra stuff when it wouldn’t even matter if it was an hour later in the day. Just seems like a waste of mine and the customers time in the end when you could of just handed me my delivery thru the drive thru
