I love this place I had so much. I had left long island about 10 years ago this places is still the best after I left 10 years took my husband here and he loved it too. We walked in and I felt home and treated like I never left. Everything and everything is excellent. If you want good food and a home town feel you will get it here. Prices are great too. Thanks for making me like I’m home again.

Good food, good service good atmosphere and a well-established pizza restaurant. However, sometimes the air conditioning is just way too high and it’s like icebox in there. Not all the time sometimes and what happens if I eat in there then the food goes cold quickly. it’s kind of cold in there. I’d request that they kinda lower the AC a bit and it would still be comfortable in there.

What’s right is right
Worst customer service ever when they make multiple mistakes they blame the customer they never own up to their mistakes. The owner hates being there, and it clearly shows with the customer service. He doesn’t care if you stay or you go we were a customer for years very loyal, I had one issue spoke with the owner. He was rude obnoxious, no worries it cost me and multiple customers never to go back Just a matter of time before he sells again to get out of here. This is to the response the owner wrote “I did already talk to you THATS WHY I WROTE THE REVIEW I DID”!!! This review was well warranted!

Got 2 Buffalo chicken slices and coke for 20 bucks, the pizza was very grease undercooked and floppy chicken was terrible. Not exaggerating when I say this was the worst pizza I’ve had in a very long time.

Go to La Volpe brick oven pizza instead! They ALWAYS mess your order up, so check your food before you leave. Unorganized and rude staff. Basic pizza too.

Absolutely horrific customer service after expressing disappointment in the number of shrimp included in the $20 Caesar salad with the $8.50 extra fee for shrimp – you get four miniature sized shrimp and then are reprimanded for complaining!! LOL THANKS – We will NEVER order from you again and highly recommend anyone else considering making an order with Alitalia to take this into consideration prior to placing an order with them.
