I don’t usually review fast food spots because regardless of how mediocre the food is, people are always going to frequent fast food chains. The likelihood of Taco Bell going out of business is very slim. Nonetheless, I had the best customer service experience here and I just had to share my opinion. Thank you, Biridiana for being patient w me since I had a huge order and being honest about the baja blast saying it probably needed to get changed out so instead she gave me the drinks from the to-go station. Keep up the great customer service!

Every damn time. Waste of money and they never answer the phone because they told me that sell people just called to complain. My go to any Taco Bell but here. Worst managers also.

The food is hella fresh. The customer service is decent and the people were nice but the atmosphere was a trip , gave me a lot of anxiety being in here!!

Classic Taco Bell. Can’t really go wrong here. Service was quick and staff were welcoming. Food tasted as it should – delicious. I’d gladly return here for future bites.

I agree of what was said, on a comment that was made five years ago, ( I know it’s five years ago), but it’s still going on, Steak Chalupas SHOULD BE STEAK STRIPS (to give that delicious chunks of steaks AND NOT LIKE CARNE ASADA (which is kind of shredded/small portions of meat), I also, don’t blame the Corp., Office, but this, must be looked at/corrected. So that, Chalupas are not false with their MEAT type ingredients & not misleading to customers, who loves the Chalupas, because of it was made (WITH STEAK STRIPS & NOT SHREDDED/SMALL PORTIONS OF MEAT)

I almost gave this place 1★ but decided to be nice. The employees simply do not care. My two simple tacos took 11 minutes to prepare after I had placed the order. Then they put my order on the counter without saying my name so I had not idea it was mine.

The location messed up my order, accidentally adding lettuce to an item that does not usually have lettuce. All slush machines were broken that day and to top it all off the cashier was rushing us ordering. Food was okay though, on par with the other Taco Bells.

I recently came here with some friends and ordered over $70 worth of food to-go. A few of us got the Double Chalupa Box. When we got home we realized they barely put any meat or toppings on the Chalupa. False advertising at its worst. I know this isn’t corporate’s fault and more of the individual stores’, but corporate needs to step in and regulate. This is beyond BS.
