The waiters and waitresses were wonderful. Our group was being ornery just joking around and I hope they didn’t take it too seriously. The place has been remodeled since I’ve been there before. It’s much nicer. I love thin crust and theirs is oh so good.

My nephew had ordered a delivery and we got an a pasta that wasn’t correct. I called the Wamego Pizza Hut and his name was either Ryan or Brian and he was amazing!! This gentleman had great people skills and was so polite and professional. He needs to be given credit. The management needs to give this young man a raise and I mean that!!

I ordered several items in December 2022 and when I opened up the boxes some of the items were missing. I called the store and told them and they said it would be a long time before they could get the items to me and asked if I wanted store credit on my next order instead. I said I’d take the store credit. Last month I tried to redeem my points (I had over 300 points from earlier purchases as well) and tried to order online but kept getting errors. The site would tell me I had points in my cart but wouldn’t let me order anything. I called the store and they said I couldn’t use my rewards points to order over the phone I had to use the online ordering service. They suggested I call customer service, which I did, The man could barely speak English. He couldn’t help me either. He said wait a day and it should reset. So today I tried to order again and the same thing happened. My points expire in June 2023. I’m not happy with Pizza Hut at all and I will never eat at that restaurant anywhere again.

The Wamego Pizza Hut has excellent service. I always order Personal Pan Pizzas for my class with their Book-It coupons and the staff is so helpful when I come. There really is great service here!

I called in for a medium thin crust tomato and mushroom pizza and came to pick it up. Seemed like a nice atmosphere and the lady who greeted me at the counter and served me was friendly and cute. The pizza was delicious. This Hut is right in front of my workplace so I may visit for lunch more often.

I order food from this pizza hut regularly and normally their service is really good, save for one late delivery in which they gave me a code for a free pizza and a couple missing marinara sauces here and there.
