Went there for a late lunch because of the storms and got there just before the lunch special hours, the lady up front was understanding and was more than happy to make me it fresh since all the ones they had were dry and hard. It was a wait but it was understandable since it had to be made fresh. I do come here from time to time and do like this location and never had any issues, apart from personal preferences, as of yet.

Absolutely livid. It took 30 minutes to get this instead of the 10-12 they quoted. Then, they hand me the wings container which I can feel absolutely zero warmth from. I confronted them about it and they assured me they were fresh from the oven. They said they could re-make fresh ones but it’d be an additional 15 mins so I said no I’d just take them. I get home literally 5 minutes later and open the box, they are completely COLD. As shown in the picture, one pizza was totally saturated in grease and the other pizza which I paid extra sauce for had hardly any. The biggest waste of $28. I tried calling multiple times regarding the issue but nobody will answer the phone.

Door are locked so only drive-through open. Which was no big deal. I ordered online and my husband picked up. We didn’t receive one of our pizza and a Oder of crazy bread. Could not go back due to family events so I called to get a refund back on my card or receive it next time. No one would answer the phone. Finally after 4 time calling I was telling the employee what happened and he became rude then hung up. I will never order from this pizza place again

My pizza was not done all the way and it has too many toppings. I didn’t ask for extra and it’s not appetizing when everything falls off soggy dough. There’s too much on it that not even crisping it worked. Very poor and disgusting. Way too much grease as well.

I went in today before 1pm to get a lunch box combo that is supposed to be hot and ready between 11am and 2pm. Nothing. The lady acted like they don’t even have them for lunch and said it would take 15 to 20 minutes. This is the 3rd time in a row they have not had these.

Showed up to pick up pizza and my friend was on his motorcycle. S on the back of his bikeo he asked the young lady at the counter if he could have a couple small boxes to put the pizza in so he would be able to put them in his rear compartment in order to transport the pizza. She said she couldn’t do that. He asked to speak to the manager, Liz, and she said she was buisy. This is the Little Cesar’s on Rockwell just south of NW 23rd Street. Very poor management and very poor Customer service skills!!!! Thank you Liz.

I’m done with Little Ceasars! Went in for 2 pizzas. I go there often and get 2 pizzas or more. I only had a $100. So they don’t take those apparently at Little Ceasars. I was told I had to order over a specific point. I’ve been there before with a $100 dollar bill and had no issues! Just ridiculous! I’m aware that $100 dollar bills can be irritating but I can’t think of any place that would turn down money. Where is this posted or written,btw, that x amount must be spent according to what bill currency you currently have on you? I will never go back again. This location is junk
