Food is overall pretty good. However the past few times the service has been terrible. Just walked out because 27 minutes went by from our initial drink order. They brought half the drinks over and never came over to take our food order or give us the other beverages. There were open tables and several servers, including one that said our server would be back over to us.

Had the absolute worst restaurant experience of my life with a group of friends. Went in at 3 for a late lunch. We didn’t leave until 5:30 we came in 45 minute before one table that got their food before ours. We where served cold, over cooked burgers, mine was dripping in oil and grease. We had a table of 7 but got charged gratuity as a table of 12. And it took 30 minutes for our checks to be given to us after our food. Will not be coming back and will not recommend this place to anyone

I used to love Firebarn and I’m so sad to say, I won’t be going back until they make major changes. Our server came to our table with a mouth full of food very single time she came over. And that was very few times thank goodness. Only time I’ve been grateful for not seeing the server very much. She had no idea what the special was or what came with it. Then she was on her phone while AT our table and told us “don’t mind me I’m just looking at pictures of my nieces” as she leaned on our table chewing her food. If that’s your level of customer service you better make sure you lower your prices to match. Like free.

used to be the best place in town until the new owner purchased the place. The new owner takes tables from her employees instead of running the business. My favorite server doesn’t work here anymore so I will not be going anymore

I went in during the street dance and had purchased some drinks. Later in evening I went back in to ask for a cup of water for my dog. When I asked for the water the bartender told me that they aren’t supposed to give us water that we need to go outside to the stand and buy a bottle of water. I was shocked. I went to Cimino’s and they gladly gave me a cup of water. I recommend going to Cimino’s instead.

Used to absolutely love this place, but after the new owners took over it’s just not the same at all anymore. Food was fine but it’s just one thing after another. Removed a staple of the town.

Had high hopes, service was really slow. Food was ok. Staff is not working well together and the manager on duty was short tempered and not leading the crew. Best bet go elsewhere.
