Only reason I’m giving a star less then 5 is because they always forget the drinks! Lol, other then that, there used to be a delivery driver that knew when we ordered after 8, he knew not to knock because that meant we ordered after my kiddo went to bed, and we didnt want to wake her up. It was amazing and we always tried to tip him extra. I don’t think he works there anymore.

Were out of ingredients and didn’t bother to tell me when I picked up my pizza. If they had actually used my number to call me and let me know, I would have ordered a completely different kind of pizza. I didn’t pay for a 2-topping pizza, I paid for 3 toppings. Called and had a frustrating experience. Learned my lesson— I’ll stick to Little Cesar’s.

Order never delivered. Called after about an hour and a half after it was suppose to be delivered. Spoke with the manager on shift, Sean, was told I was 6th in line and then was put on mute or something. The track your delivery app said it was delivered but it NEVER was. Getting the runaround now to get money back. Was told they have to do some checking to make sure I’m not lying. Total B.S.

Pizza delivered almost a half hour late. Pizza was cold and not very good! Their local number is some call center. The people on the other end don’t even live in Butte! I’ve had better day old pizza. Won’t use them again for delivery.

Over 4 hrs for pizza! I ordered by phone around 7pm, was told it would be 45 minutes. 1.5 hrs later I called asking where my order was. I was told I was 3rd in line and it would be 30 more minutes. Why am I waiting 2 hrs for 3 pizzas! She said I can cancel your order for you. I said I would wait. Another hr later I call again, they said they were waiting for a driver to come back, they offered a 20% discount, i would not accept. They gave a refund. Another hr later I called again (this is 4 hrs since placing the order). They again said they were waiting on a driver. They were unapologetic and didn’t seem to care I was waiting 4 hrs.

It took two hours to get our order. I called 45 minutes in to check on the order and was told that they were putting it in next and it would be 30 minutes. An hour later we still hadn’t gotten it. We were told they were short staffed and had a new cook. I said had I known it would take so long I would have done something else and that a call would have been nice. The response I received was “we have someone making calls now!” Will not order from here again.
