Absolutely the worst place in Gilmer to eat. The staff are the most disrespectful and hateful employees I have ever seen in this town. Do not eat there. If they mess your order up it’s your fault. Then they will lie and say they will fix it and will not. The manager is a liar the counter staff act like you’re bothering them. Edit: since response from schlotzsky’s owner below. I’m not wasting my time going to your website, and I promise you I will never eat at any schlotzsky’s. I wouldn’t eat there if the food was free for a year. I waited until the 3rd time I had an issue with this store before I even posted this review. Plain and simple don’t eat there. Typical gaslight response.

I went for the first time today and I tried the pick 2 with soup and sandwich. My sandwich was skimpy on the meat and my soup was cold.. I was afraid to even eat it in case it’s been sitting out spoiling. The other soup was also cold and the French dip sandwich was not good, hardly any meat or cheese. Almost 50$ for 2 pick 2s and a giant original and none of it was any good…..
