Got here 30 mins after they opened. The guacamole I was served was as brown as the paper bag and clearly from the day before. They were completely out of hard taco shells and barbacoa. The food was served ice cold (including the meat which is dangerous!) and the steak was full of gristle. And again, this was right after they opened so you would expect the food to be fresh and warm at the very least and them not to be out of half of the menu already. Tasty food and the amazing military discount keeps us coming back as return customers! However, I want to understand why online orders take priority over 5 customers standing in the lobby waiting to order their food. There were at least 4 young employees in the kitchen and none displayed urgency to serve dining in customers.

No tables were wiped off, trash cans overflowing, limited choices for drinks due to only having certain soda working… I do not drink soda so I purchased a cup, no tea, no Lemonades. By the time we finished eating they no longer had rice for any other customers and it was not even dinner rush yet. To go employee made bowls for to go orders with ingredients that were not available on the regular line and was loading up the to go bowls and we were being given half scoops due to no products refilled. SAD!

Food is not the issue, it’s the cleanliness. Or lack there of in this restaurant. Have been in here twice over the last two months and each time the place is filthy, both in the seating area and back of the house. The kitchen area is in full view, as designed, but it was a disaster. Absolutely no excuse for a restaurant to be this filthy. Blame it squarely on the management and ownership. Certainly not teaching their team members a respectable standard for cleanliness or even teaching the initiative to walk out from behind the counter and pick up the napkins and trash off the floor and clean the tables. Corporate leadership at chipotle should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this location to be in this kind of condition.

Don’t waste your time going there I just spend 26.00 dollars at this place and the food is really horrible the chicken not fully cooked and to much fat and they cut big chunks of meat.The service was bad as well one person didn’t listen what I want on my burrito bowl. I know I’m not getting my money back for that.

This was our second time at Chipotle. Our first time was great and we were very excited to come back. Our second order has been a disaster. As you can see they did not close a salsa lid so it leaked all over my car and myself. My daughter just wanted rice, steak and cheese and barely got any in her bowl. Please tell me how that is $8 worth of food? Apparently if you do not order more than 3 items you just get a mostly empty bowl. I waited an extra 15 minutes past our pick up time and saw them make our food so I assumed it would be hot and fresh. That could not be farther from the truth. I literally had to heat all our food up on the stove it was so cold. The rice was hard and not at all like our first trip. My wife called and spoke with the manager Catherine who wanted to argue instead of offering an apology. She claimed our food couldn’t have been cold since it had been out less than an hour. I am also confused how you can be busy and still have cold food out (rice was nice and crunchy). We were offered some free sodas or chips and guacamole for our $30 order. We do not drink pop and a family member is allergic to avacados. This is the last time we will visit this location.

I used to frequent this location and was a big fan. Great portions, fresh ingredients, friendly staff. The last few times ove stopped in, it’s has been a bit concerning, but tonight really took the cake. The beans and meat were thoroughly dried out, I was hoping the appearance was due to needed stirred but that was proven wrong quickly. One tortilla was left on the grill the entire time the first burrito was being made. The portions were cut in half, asking for 3x meat led to about one complete serving of chicken on the second, burnt burrito. Given it was 8:40pm, i decided to just let it be and pay for what I was given. big mistake. as soon as I got into the car, I’m hit by a very fishy smell. it was the burritos.
