I love Rosatis Pizza I live in Huntley, Illinois and Rosati‘s over. There is the best I was out here visiting my daughter and decided to get Rosita‘s pizza but this is the worst pizza ever they lost my business pizza was so hard no taste the crust was so hard, I didn’t expect that from Rosatis. I expected a lot better because like I said, my Rosatis and Huntley is the best. .

I ordered Italian beef and wanted it dipped not soak in the juice. The bread was soggy! It was horrible! I couldn’t even pick up the bread. The container bowl where my beef came in with a lot of juice. Wet the whole bread. The manicotti my daughter ordered was watery and the cole slaw. What a waste of 30.00. Never again!

I order a extra large pizza and I order buffalo wings, when I got Home with my food and open the bag of the wings, there was only three pieces of regular buffalo wings the rest was Little pieces of chicken. It look like boneless chicken that they bought it in the store and cooked it. they ripped me off I will never order from this restaurant again

I call to place an order and the lady on the phone was very rude, unprofessional,& inpatient. I couldn’t read the numbers on my card right and she was upset and said “ oh my god can you just use another card” who hires people with poor customer service. It’s not other’s people’s fault if she is having a bad day.

Tried to order barbecue wings this is what I get instead Absolutely the worst Rosatis I’ve ever experienced, the owner is rude the drivers are rude and very unprofessional. They tried to chime in on my personal life and my family when I have no clue who these people are they bang on my door instead of ringing my doorbell like a normal human they screw up my order constantly. Then a driver wrote a unauthorized tip on my credit card, I advise please stay clear of this Rosatis literally go to any other Rosatis especially if your a regular paying customer
