Arby’s is probably the most consistent of the fast food restaurants in Casper. The quality of the food is always high….. Everytime. They don’t accept Bitcoin yet or I would have given 5 stars. Hopefully soon though. Keep up the good work here:)

Manager sitting in the lobby talking. The lobby smelt like the bathroom (ptrap needs water in the drains). Food, double meat was less than single meat, buns hard and no iced tea.

I ordered a crispy fish sandwich and it would have been crispy had it not been absolutely smothered in tarter sauce. I know it’s supposed to have it but it shouldn’t literally be drenched and dripping off of my sandwich. And when I got home my Mac n cheese wasn’t even cooked all the way. Not impressed usually

The Arbys was easy to access from the highway and close to many gas stations with plenty of parking. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. The staff was very friendly. Customer service was great. The food was typical Arbys fare. The milkshake machine was down. The prices were reasonable and they give a military discount.
