Was in shock of the service and treatment to customers among children I experienced today. However not surprised with the reputation they have and explains why they’re being restaffed. I have contacted the district manager awaiting a call return because this is unacceptable and it took a lot to not react with my children present. They’re the kind of staff that provoke you to get physical. Just report they have a history on file!

Do not waste your time or money at this place. It’s gone downhill since 2020. They stop serving edible food after 9 pm if they serve at all. The lights are always off to deter customers. My son works nights and used to go every day on his way in and tonight the burger was charred bread was hard fries weren’t cooked. Hopefully this message gets some internal discussion or it could hurt your business over time

This used to be a fast, efficient restaurant with courteous, friendly employees. The last few months, it’s done a complete 180°. Ordered off the app a few weeks ago, got there 15 minutes later, usually it’s done and ready to go. First they claimed they never got my order, then they “found” it, then it took another 20 minutes for me to get it, as they dilly dallied and took their time, absolutely no sense of of urgency, then when I finally did get it, she just laid it on the counter and walked away. No “Sorry about your wait” or anything. I complained about that to their chat line on the app, they gave a $5 coupon for next visit, so I thought maybe they were just having a bad day and I’d give them another shot. Again, ordered off the app, got there 10 to minutes later, the girl working the drive through just looked at me and didn’t say a word, then another girl walked in from her break, or using the bathroom, whatever she was doing, staring at and playing with her phone and didn’t even acknowledge me or ask if I had been helped, then goes over to the girl at the drive through who first ignored me and starts chit-chatting. There was one person in front of me, so they weren’t busy at all. I stood there a few more minutes, and not one employee said a word to me. Worst “customer service” I’ve ever experienced anywhere, so I just walked out and went somewhere else. I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. Totally lazy, worthless employees that just look at you and say and do nothing when you walk in, the store was dirty and nasty inside too floor was all gunky and sticky, looked like it hadn’t been mopped or cleaned in weeks. I will definitely never use this location ever again and warn others to avoid it, too. That’s fine, plenty of other burger and fast food joints around there that want my business. This one obviously doesn’t.

Went in the other day to order. Started to order but was told to wait. I stood/then sat and watched a manager give a whole tutorial to another manager trainee for >10 minutes.

The gentleman working inside at the register. Hang onto this guy,people like him are hard to find. After my 9 year old daughter had a rough day and got a swollen eye during recess, he completely made her day so much better in a matter of 2 minutes, it was the first smile I saw from her all day. She is still talking about him from an hour ago. He didn’t have to do that and I want to thank him from the bottom of my heart. He is a people person, shows compassion, great guy and just a pure and happy soul. His interaction with other customers while I was there was second to none, everyone had a great experience that catered to them. This is the type of person you want as the first person customers see and the last as they leave. I’ll be back based off this one experience. Thank you again

Food was ice cold also they gave wrong size cup then proceeded to argue with me when I asked for it to be corrected. 25 minutes he kept saying they were dropping fries fresh. What other employees stood around and left. I will not be back to this location again.

Mel made sure I got my food hot and fresh, and that there was no ice in my drinks when I asked for it, AND got me out fast enough that I could beat the thunderstorm that was on its way. Man is absolutely legendary, will definitely let everyone know how great he is

My go to lunch is usually the local BK. Stoped in to this BK and found friendly people. The ordered foods were prepared correctly. I enjoyed the double Cheeseburger and fries meal. A good deal for the money. The place was clean and orderly.

Normally I like this store ok – but they closed dinning at 6 pm. When I arrived I was signaled (by an employee inside the building) that the dining room was closed after arriving off the bus – so was forced to go order elsewhere. Stupid.
