Good service, very hospitable and friendly staff, small place but has adequate seating. Very homey feel. Crawfish was amazing and perfectly seasoned. The turkey neck was to die for. French fries were perfectly cooked; you can request them without seasoning if needed. Burger without the bun was delicious. Definitely will return and highly recommend.

I had to come checkout this place after family brought dinner home the other night. We had the combo of brisket, ribs and pull pork. Also had a catfish combo and spicy boiled shrimp with sides of crawfish mac & cheese. It was tasty, flavorful and the meat were tender and seasoned to perfection. The portions were alot and was worth the price. I craved for it the following day and my daughter brought me so I can get another round of good food. I love their spicy Cajun boiled shrimp and crayfish Mac & Cheese. They ran out of the brisket when I got there so my suggestion is to get there when it opens.

I was very disappointed the crawfish was nothing like I’d thought it would be. Very small and didn’t have a very good taste. It was very difficult for me to peel. I will not be coming back there. I had better crawfish in the past they were much bigger and juicy and had flavor. Maybe it was the last batch it was nearing closing time. But the staff is always friendly and welcoming.

I thought this place was going to be awesome and Apparently because I asked the female employee if she was alright because the male employee was punching things, slamming things, and screaming and yelling at her the guy decided burn my burger to inedible levels. It’s literally raw in the middle with about 1/4 inch black burned meat in a layer covering the patti. Totally inedible. I spent 80$ for two people after tip and I get a burger that was obviously and intentionally ruined.

I wish I lived closer to the restaurant. It was the best food so far in three weeks of vacation. Service was good once you got through the order line. The place was packed both inside and outside. We loved the shrimp, the coating was light and crunchy on my fish. The fish was fresh tasting. And the sweet potato fries were perfect. My wife had shrimp and loved it.

I’ve had a couple good experiences with these folks but the last sack I bought was full dead crawfish. They stunk like they had been dead for a while. You have to expect some dead ones but this was the most I had seen.Their menu price was $3.25 but they were charging $3.49

Had the 2 meat platter with brisket and pulled pork, potato salad and cole slaw. The pulled pork was very bland and didn’t taste smoked at all and the brisket wasn’t tender or juicy. I’m super disappointed that I spent $30 on lunch. The boudain balls and potato salad were really good

Hate to give such a bad review because the staff is very nice. However I didn’t travel over 1000 miles for mediocre food. We had a mishap with an ordered boil. They were kind enough to give us part of our money back. The shrimp were overcooked and the Mac and cheese was not your grandma’s. The catfish po boy was more bread than fish. Came to NOLA to eat great food. This wasn’t it. On to the next establishment.

I saw on Instagram that they had hot boiled crawfish today! Its early in the season so I was psyched. Got dropped off and was met with the most heavenly smell from the smoker. In addition to the crawfish that I came for, I COULD have eaten myself into cardiac arrest. Burnt ends, brisket sandwich, fried pork chop with rice and beans. Shrimp, blue crabs… the crawfish were nose running and lip burningly good!!! I also had fried boudin balls that were some of the best I have ever had. This place is a gem!!!!
