Not thrilled with this location. I was ignored until I finally spoke to someone who only pointed to someone else. No words used. The man that came to help seemed like he had no idea what was going on. I gave him my name for my pickup order and I don’t know what happened but then he started saying names. Anyway, I finally got my food, he almost forgot my coffee even though he spent a good minute looking at the receipt. I ordered an Easter donut and got something different which didn’t matter because there was a hair in the box that definitely wasn’t mine. I’d say the reviews are pretty accurate with this location.

This Tim Horton is very clean, well staffed, and the employees were pleasant. They do their best to get you your food quickly. The restrooms were clean and free of debris on the floor and stalls.

Went through the drive-thru. Placed my order and the employee had me repeat my order because as she states, “Sorry sir, my boss is talking to me and beating me with a belt.” Then when I get to the window, they are still screwing around together and are more interested in talking to each other then filling our order.

It would be nice if the lobby was open. It’s a quarter to 8am and not everyone can fit through the drive thru.theres a bunch of industrial parks in that neighborhood. Truck drivers need donuts too.

I was placing an order on Monday 05/01 and then as I was speaking as this one lady in the background said “OMG like what does she want”. As I’m placing my order that I’m paying for! I then asked was that the manager and he said yes I asked why was that comment made he then said huh? I said why was that comment made by the manager as I am placing my order. He then said “that was just a team member I’m the manager what can I get you?” I asked his name he said Joe! Then he asked again what can he get me he sounded extremely annoyed I asked why the comment was made….He completely disregarded her cutting me off with her nasty attitude so early in the morning and refused to tell me her name. This is definitely not a way to treat customers as a team member or part of management. I took my business across the street to Dunkin Donuts. Also not to mention the week before that they were out of hash browns at 7am! I will never return unfortunately due to the horrible staff!

They were out of sausage and bacon and 8:30 am. Product ordering mistakes happen, not a huge deal. But the employee in the drive through sounded so mad and frustrated. Then when I pulled up to get my cold brew, she handed me a tea. I said is this cold brew, and she rolled her eyes and said yes. I had just waited for 10-15 minutes in the drive thru so I just wanted to leave.

This is the worst Tim Hortons to go to. I ordered just an XL double-double coffee and it was nearly ice cold. I understand I ordered with cream and sugar but it shouldn’t have been that cold. Plus they’re more rude and slower than any other location I’ve been to.
