Very inconvenient to sit there and have your coffee and donuts and find out that you can’t use the bathroom or wash your hands. They lock the door and don’t care if you need it. I was there a week before and the next weekend and it was the same problem. It’s broken the staff said.

I ordered lots of stuffs for my work at 5:30am to pick up at 6:15am this morning worth as ~$79 because this place is a 24 hour store 1. They forgot my 1 dozen of doughnuts 2. I found I had missing items after I arrived at my office in NY 3. I spoke with the only worker there, Fatima and was told by her “you should call your credit card company to get refund for missing item.” 4. She blamed the other coworker who was not there, even though she handed to me the bag and blamed me didn’t check all items there. I orders 6 different items, 40+ bakery items 5. She added she doesn’t know anything and just work there and I should call back tomorrow to talk to the manager 7. Food quality is far below standard. Bagels were like a stone. I couldn’t make slice with a knife they provided 8. They separated all the bakery items into several dunkin paper bags instead of boxes and then in a large paper bag. All muffins are smashed and squeezed on the bottom of the bag and broke into crumbles….I can add more even after one time short visit…You can experience the worst in this place: the worst customer service, rudeness, and poor quality of food… From a $79 worth lessen today, I won’t come back this place.

Always an issue with this place but the funniest thing tonight is I came in and as you can see by the photos below there was no one in the restaurant for at least a good five minutes I could have ransacked all the donuts in the back the worker was in the bathroom unbelievable

bad dunkin ever! zero stars because dunkin ruined my day. if u did that one thing i would give 5 stars it was my aunt’s birthday you know. she is so speical to me also u made my dad stress mad and angry because of that dunkin. i hope u learn something dunkin. i don’t like dunkin anymore! i like krispy kreams more than dunkin. never going to that place again. you almost made me go to that dunkin and brake everything! who ever is working in dunkin i would me so mad at them. when i grow up i am going to try everything except dunkin donut here is

Went there today ordered on the go. I go there and there’s bags work no names on them. I waited for my coffee to come out because there was no coffee on the on the go area. Lady asks me what was I waiting for? I said bagel twist. The guy who prepared it says that he mentioned it on the on the go. The bag was up there work no names before I got there. So am I supposed to open up bags and see what’s inside? Very unsanitary. Last time going there.

Extremely disrespectful and rude gentleman working this location tonight. My friend and I were together after months apart and we were looking forward to sharing a warm, holiday beverage together. This employee sought to ruin said reunion by raising his voice and telling us “I don’t know why you’re standing there. I already told you we are out of Chai.” The man left us there for 10 minutes as he proceeded to clean and attend to mobile orders as we clearly stood there politely waiting to place our orders at his convenience. Another customer came in and the employee looked at us and said, verbatim: “If you’re not going to order anything, then LEAVE.” We were both shocked and upset that the employee treated us with such blatant disrespect. Don’t support this business. We will be contacting the corporate office to voice our complaints.
