Debbie was our server, she was amazing! I can’t say enough good things about The Jackson Grill, the cocktails at the bar were superb! When we got to our table Debbie greeted us warmly and took great care of us! I definitely endorse her recommendation of adding double scallops to your entree!

This is not a re opening, but rather a grand opening. They pick and choose what they want to take from the “old” restaurant and adapt it and what they don’t they simply say we are no longer doing that. Specifically Gift certificates, I feel as if it’s a re opening, or a buy out they should honor the “no expiration” gift certificates. Take the good with the bad , you get the clients, so you should get the few pre paid certificates that come with it. I for one will not be returning because I think this is just poor customer service. I will also be coping this review to yelp , and google so customers are aware not to just assume they will be honored.

Our first time here together & Birthday celebration to The Jackson Grill and it was spot on! Our steaks were made exactly how we ordered it, the drinks were made just right, and we really enjoyed Creme Brulee for bday dessert. Kevin was the bartender on duty and he was great! The atmosphere is cozy & zen and it’s a nice little Super Club. We will definitely return to this establishment!

My close friends, husband and I dined here months before it supposedly closed permanently due to Jimmy’s passing. We all loved it and waited and waited until finally a new chef teamed up with the long time bar manager and it re-opened.

What a special place. My kids were surprised that this place was delicious as it was. Son had new York strip “best steak ever” fianceé had the filet mignon I tried both steaks, they were delicious. Garlic mashed potatoes the buttered noodles for sides were delish. Barbecue shrimp and the bruschetta was great for appetizer. Chef Andy came out to say happy birthday to my son they found out it was his birthday. They made my son’s birthday extra special. First restaurant we’ve been to in Milwaukee I highly recommend it if you enjoy good steak and great hospitality.

Outstanding food! The steak was delicious, and the mushroom on the side took it to the next level. Try the pasta carbonara, it’s one of the best I’ve tried in the USA. The cost is also quite fair compared to other steak places.
