I ordered a party pack of tacos and the contents were a joke. Barely ANY meat, i felt like i was eating a lettuce chip. Showed them the taco and complained to get new order and they brought out ONE taco and refused to comp/replace the rest of the party pack. What a joke

Here’s the thing with this Taco Bell. I don’t believe it’s the staff’s issue at all but the way things are prioritized in this store need to change. It’s clear that drive thru gets first priority. I get that. But you have these panels where customers can come in and order. Every time I’ve come in to use it, I’ve had to wait for my food for extensive periods of time… and usually only when a staff member finally comes over to ask! Usually it’s followed with an apology and “something a little extra” in my bag to go. While I do appreciate that, and the food is actually good… the way it makes a customer feel is just really unacceptable. If you’re going to use this location, just do drive through. It’s apparent why there’s rarely anyone eating inside this very nice looking space. No one eats inside except for staff and their friends. And if you come to the counter, good luck with someone walking over to greet you as they’re only concerned with drive thru.

I’ve gotten sick twice now after eating here, so I’ve been avoiding this place. Sometimes the proportions of the ingredients used are way out of whack (mountain of cheese or dripping with taco sauce). One time there were jalapenos in a taco that isn’t supposed to have jalapenos. This place used to be fine but something in the last 2 years has changed for the worse. The staff is friendly but seems disorganized. Hope this location improves.

The quality of food at this Taco Bell is outrageously terrible. They don’t know how to properly make food items on their menu. I live about 7 minutes away but I go to a taco bell 20 minutes away instead because of how ridiculous the food quality is. It’s seems as if they always rush the order as the food is always poorly made.

Lets start with the food. I get my chicken quesadilla and it isn’t even full completely. Because of how they cut it into slices my quesadilla had one and a half less quesadilla and that destroyed my entire day. THEN for my soft taco they gave me practically NO LETTUCE and barely any beef so there was zero crunch and destroyed the experience. Then my brother who ordered a beefy burrito HAD NO BEEF. How do you get a beefy burrito with no beef. I am appalled from this usually great Taco Bell giving me my worse fast food experience. The service wasn’t particularly bad or great just mid. I took drive through and they had to make me park in the mobile pick up order section and it was TRASHED. I would go to another place in that shopping center if I were you!

Idk what’s happened at this specific location. But service has drastically dropped. I’m always asked to pull around to “curbside” when I order at the drive thru.. even when I’m only ordering 1 or 2 meals. More recently, I asked if they offered a specific item that is on the taco bell app.. I was asked to come up to the window. I show them the meal in which they stated they don’t support that menu at that location. And before I could get a word out, they said, have a good night…. So I can order it on the app but not at the store. That’s fine.. so I order the meal on the app. I swapped out beef for chicken. 30 minutes goes by. I walk in asking if my food was ready and I was told that they were out of chicken… once I stated that steak was fine. I could hear the employee complaining about the fact that I had ordered a meal that they don’t have on the menu…. The meal consists of a 2 crunch wrap, 2 burrito and 2 taco…. Are those not regular menu items???

Disappointed that went through the drive through at midnight and they told us cash only and then asked us to back up to exit. It seems as if they don’t want business with all their lights off. We went to the Columbia location instead who was fast and hot food.
