Stumbled on this place while driving around near the campground looking for a place to eat. Not too many cars on a weeknight, so we asked a couple that were exiting and they said the food was awesome. Want to thank them because they were right. The waitress Amy was the best, and Joe’s marinara sauce is probably the best I’ve eve had. My husband had the prime rib dip and said he would go back again for that too.

Everything literally everything was amazing. Food was delicious. Atmosphere was warming and cozy. Service was outstanding. Very family friendly not a long wait for food and portions are insanely huge for what little you pay comparatively. I recommend this to any and everyone.

We went there because it was close and it’s been around a long time. Thought we’d be getting some good food…think again. My bf had Chicken Cacciatore and it was bland and tasteless. I got Chicken Parmigiana, I’ve been craving it for weeks. What I was served shouldn’t even ever be considered Chicken Parmigiana, the chicken was frozen chicken tenders. I could not believe it when I received my meal. I’m so disappointed, sorry to say we will not be back just because of the food. The service was wonderful.

Have made it a point to stop here every time since our first on the way to my brother in Vermont. Don’t put ANY stock in external appearance. Service has always been exceptional, food has always made us look forward to the next trip. Excellent portions, very tasty. Have always had leftovers that we look forward to. NOTHING negative to say. We went for dinner and the waitress was fantastic. She told us up front they were under-staffed and what the wait time would be. Despite being by herself she was attentive and friendly and we were never left wanting. The food was better than I’d hoped – hot and fresh with a local made sauce. The wait was what I would expect at any dinner service; we received our drinks, appetizers, and meals at a normal pace. The deserts were exceptional and a wonderful way to finish a good meal. More than anything, it was the service that made it. Mackenzie, while right out of high school, handled herself like a veteran of the business and made it the great experience it was.

A friendly, helpful server brought my drink and bread to get me started; which was nice. Then she brought the haddock dinner, which was one of the most perfect lightly fried piece I’ve had in a long time! Well done! It melted in my mouth.
