Our family had such a wonderful family day up in the Zuni mountains right by Grants New Mexico. We decided to stop at Gabby’s. It’s like an old-time diner. It was a wonderful atmosphere, and we had a blast in that diner. We had such a lovely waitress. Her name was Jocelyn. She was so cute, sweet, and gave great service. They were short staffed in the restaurant, and she was the only waitress. She was delightful. We were all happy with our meals. The chicken fried steak is so tender and easy to chew and very delicious along with their gravy and mashed potatoes. I will have to say that those were the worst green beans that we’ve ever had. Those green beans need to be improved upon. You get your choice of either corn on the cob or green beans. I wish we chose the corn on the cob. The french fries were crispy. We actually ordered them crispy. The green chili cheeseburger was really good, and so was the philly. We also got fried pickles for the appetizer, and they were good. We recommend this lovely diner, and we will return if we are in Grants.

Nice and friendly diner. All of the staff were courteous and professional. The servers were regularly checking on their customers. The facility was nice and clean. This is the perfect place to have lunch with friends, family, and even your significant other. I will definitely come here again. Kudos to Gabby’s Diner!

Cute little diner with friendly staff and hearty meals! The country fried steak is a must try. Loved the tomato jalapeño & beef stew although it was spicy! Prawns felt slightly undercooked though (1 of them was abit translucent) but other than that food was good and nothing happened from eating the undercooked prawn anyway 🙂

Delicious! Not pristine but the food was good. Excellent fried pickles and jalapeños, fried pork chop with green chile gravy was yummy (spicy!). The chicken rice and veggie bowl had fresh veggies. Service really nice. Great find!

Small Diner HUGE TASTE… Large Portions. Seems all homemade, I tried the GREEN CHILE GRAVY COUNTRY FRIED STEAK DINNER. Salad was great and fresh ingredients. The green Chile was flavorful and unique. Definitely coming here again.
