The woman that answered the phone and took my order, gave me a 1/2 pound of COLD brisket, when I went to pick up my food! I didn’t check my order, until I arrived home! Very UNPROFESSIONAL & just TOTALLY NOT WORTH THE MONEY! A HEALTH INSPECTOR should be paying this restaurant a visit SOON! Who wants cold food? Words cannot describe how disgusted and upset I feel right now. One of my team members brought me lunch today from the Nickel Sandwich Grill. I was beyond excited as I had never been to this place and the food smelled absolutely amazing. Well that excitement turned to pure Sickness as I was eating my food I came across a false nail. I instantly start to vomit. I am beyond grossed out again words cannot describe how disgusting and unbalanced I feel from this experience.
