I ordered through the app. The email said that it was done and I went in to pick it up. They were getting swamped. The manager stepped in and finished up the order. They did not have enough teriyaki chicken. They made up for it with another menu item. The staff and the manager were extremely nice and helpful. The manager did extremely good service recovery. I highly suggest this place as it seems that they are caring of their customers and their customer’s experience. This was in Hartland, Michigan, today 8-20-23

Every time i order here, no matter how much food i order, you guys will only give to packets of sweet and sour. I always request soy sauce. And never get soy sauce. It becomes a bit ridiculous that i have to go buy soy sauce to use with my food. When it is obvious you guys have soy sauce! Especially when some one requests it!!!! Do better!

They close at 8 so me and my family went to get food. When we got there both of the doors were locked but there were people inside eating. Another family tried and the same thing happened and they said it happens all the time. It gets worse then one of there co workers where locked out as well then one lucky guy got lucky and they let him in only him and no one else. Do better that was horrible I get it if you are about to close but you had an hour come on.

Had to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru since the loddy is closed (from the sounds of it thats pretty often). No ice at 1pm. Had to wait “2 minutes” for ragoons to be done, no big deal. Brought out our food to us as we had pulled ahead to the parking lot…no forks. Cant go in to get any because the lobby doors are locked. Wont waste my time again here.

Asked to sample one piece of orange chicken the lady behind the counter said no. So then i got my usual bowl of begin beef and asked if she could add one piece of orange chicken to the bowl she said no she cant do that so i had to buy another whole container of something i didnt know id like. Stuff is not cheap and had to buy a whole container that was smaller then just getting a plate. Total bs! The chicken was good tho.

They stop making food an hour before close and you get to choose from the leftovers they have available. You also have to wait 15 minutes even though the food is just sitting there. Really trashy and strange.
