Just went there to Get sides for my dinner . Purchased a large Mac and cheese and corn . Well the max and cheese is burnt annd has an old moldy smell and the corn is old . We’re all literally spitting it out while eating dinner because it’s bitter and has like a lemon taste to it so we’re scraping off the mac and cheese and corn from our plates putting it back in containers and returning it because almost $20 for 2 old sides it’s ridiculous what a a waste of dinner

Went to drive through and was told if i can wait one moment, he told me that every five minutes i was there for 15mins. Horrible experience I finally place my order and get this dry / hard meatloaf and plain corn and broccoli with a cold corned bread. Just ghetto

It looks as if there were short staffed . They forgot my meatloaf but gave me sides . The floor was extremely trashy and the counters were sticky and nasty . The worker handling the food wasn’t wearing gloves at all. The cornbread was ice cold I dare not ask for another one .

Ignoring the fact the place was nasty, didn’t have soap, napkins and was not cleaned. The employee there was super nice and helped out a lot and did it fast. Offered us diet coke on the house and when he mistakenly gave us the wrong side he gave us a replacement for free and let us keep the old side. Food was good, steam broccoli and rice weren’t cooked well and seasoned. I wouldn’t recommend this place to someone but I would love if you all read this and show appreciation to that kind and clean hearted employee. There aren’t a lot of people like him in this world ❤.

Something has definitely happened to this Boston Market. I got$45 worth of food and it was horrible! The potatoes are definitely instant. The yams taste horrible. The chicken was dry and tasted old. There was no corn bread!!!!!. I will say the staff is extremely accommodating and nice but this is not enough for me to ever come back. Containers have changed, the bags, the silverware is no longer pre/wrapped. Idk what happened to this location but it would never get my business again.

This is getting a one star because of the owners and general managers. They have 1 worker in there who has to run around doing everything. He was great though even though he had to run all over cooking, serving, and check out he still showed good customer service. Management needs to help this location.

Food at this location has changed drastically. Potatoes taste like instant, Chicken was dry and the food was cold. I don’t know what has happened to Boston Market lately but the taste and quality of the food has really gone downhill.

I have been coming to this locating for years. As time goes by service is getting bad and so is the food. Today I purchased a quarter white with mac and cheese and sweet potato. To start it off the chicken was dry and cold. The mac and cheese was watered down and cold. The sweet potato was also watered down and cold. There was no soda or ice available. No napkins either. The corn bread tasted old and hard. I’m sorry to say that I might not be purchasing anything from this location in the future. I come here at least three times a week. I hope someone does something about how things are being run in this location. Oh yes. As I was sitting here writing this review. Three other customers ask for a refund for the same reasons I stated above.

GROSS… the sweet potato yams tasted like apple sauce. And the meatloaf I’ve order tasted old and super salty. The soda machines had nothing but water coming out.
