Super upset. One thing I love about Churches is the Jalapeños. I ordered my meal from Doordash however it does not have the option to add them. I call the store and they are uncooperative and can’t add it to the order. So basically you are telling me there is no way I can get this item because you guys messed up and didn’t add it to your online menu. I literally just placed a 40$ order and you guys can’t throw me 3 peppers. The woman I was speaking to was bad at communicating and refused to listen. I just can not believe the disrespect. This is the LAST time I will ever spend money at a Churches Texas Chicken place again.

Once again here at Church,s Chicken. The fried. Chicken is old they leave and serve it they leave 1 bird. White meat and dark meat. Any fry foods have a shelf life of 30min.then it has to be disposed. But since Chicken gives you salloma. But the good chicken s are not called chickens they are leg horns. Big piece of breast.

Very Unsatisfied and Disappointing to spend over 50.00 for a Dinner Meal that was incorrectly prepared…. I didn’t receive what I paid for.. I ordered the 18 piece chicken dinner meal and only received 16 pieces and I didn’t receive the large French fries that I paid 5.99 for which was replaced for a fried apple pie… The biscuits were hard and the chicken was dried out … I called the store to let them know that my order wasn’t right and I was rudely spoken to by a person telling me he was the general manager and when I asked for his name he hung up the phone … I called back and no one answered the phone… Very unprofessional and couldn’t or didn’t in any way whatsoever try to help to fix the situation…
