I rarely give reviews but I feel the need. I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for almost a year now before my Night Shift and the past few months the 2 girls who (usually) help me are so friendly and sweet. They’re always offering a smile and one ALWAYS welcomes me and tells me to have a nice day. I know it’s a small gesture but it really does help me get through my shift seeing those beautiful girls.

Ordered on line. When I walked in you have 3 people standing around and 1 person making food. Had to wait over 10 min. If you have no customers all hand should be helping. When I received my food the bacon was over cooked Please do better guys

I ordered a bagel with bacon and a chocolate frosted donut which cost $6.58. The bagel only had 3 little pieces of bacon that were maybe 1 1/2” long. If I had known I was going to pay that much for a lousy sandwich, I would have gone to Wawa where you can get the same thing for like $3.00 with more bacon. I won’t go back to Dunkin’ Donuts for sandwiches. Totally overpriced and not worth it.

I don’t write reviews, but after going into this Dunkin’ today, I felt as though I had to!! My son and I ordered and the young staff was joking around before we entered, which is fine, BUT then it didn’t stop!! In fact, their goofing off intensified even more! There was one young man amid the chaos who was trying to do his job and take our order. The remaining staff became so loud that he had to ask them to quiet down so he could hear our order. At one point one of the girl workers, grabbed a munchkin and kicked it as she was saying “let’s see if we can hacky sack with a donut”. This was going on as I had just finished paying. I then saw them opening sugar packs and throwing the sugar on each other. As another young man was starting to make his way to prepare our food, I looked at my son and said I’m asking for my money back! There was NO WAY we were eating ANY food from there! The original young man who took our order gave me my money back in cash even though I paid with my debit card. To that young man trying to do his job thank you!! To the rest, they should NOT be working anywhere in the FOOD SERVICE industry…. Disgusting!!!

This place needs a total overhaul. The last three times I’ve been in it’s been total chaos. The majority of the staff is always goofing off. There are a select few that do their jobs. There is a certain young man who is always loud and obnoxious. Always checking his phone even WHILE making sandwiches. Today I heard someone tell him to settle down and do his job multiple times. The wait times for orders are always 10+ minutes. Today I had a gentleman who was behind me, take my sandwiches because he was tired of waiting for his. I told the staff that part of my order was stolen and one girl had a smirk on her face like she thought it was funny. Though she made me the sandwiches I needed again the overall response was just disappointing.

I don’t always have the opportunity to patronize this location, but anytime that I do I stop. The staff are friendly especially the amazing morning manager. When she sees me pull up in my unique vehicle she always brews a fresh pot of dark roast. The coffen is always hot and her smile is always warm. On my first visit to this store my coffee cup from an earlier coffee stop melted in my cup holder. She replaced it even though it wasn’t her fault and she had no obligation to do so.

My husband went in to get coffee and 3 things of snackin bacon. When he came back out he says I should check the bacon. I said why and he said, “Just check it. I doesn’t look right”. So when I open the bag there’s 3 bags with crumply, flimsy, fatty bacon. So I take it back in the store and let the girls at the counter know that I go to a few different locations and that’s not what the snackin bacon looks like nor did it have the maple glaze on it. They ask me if I want it made again and I said yes please. They take the original order out of sight and then hand me a new bag after a minute or two. I go outside in my car and it looks like the exact same order only they threw maple glaze on it. They pretty much gave me their sandwich bacon. I went back in with the order a second time and just asked for my money back. Snackin bacon cost $3 and some change each. I’m not paying almost $10 for fatty sandwich bacon. They don’t know what they’re doing at this location. It was my first time here and I won’t be going back. The coffee wasn’t made that well either.
