Manager is very rude and unprofessional. I went there this morning and I witnessed the manager shouting at an employee from across the store saying things like “call him it doesn’t matter you’re still fired you won’t get your job back”. I called the corporate office and complained because this situation was unpleasant and rude.

I am not from the area and don’t get to go often. I ordered a bowl with purple rice, steak and various other toppings for take out. I went to open my food and was very disappointed. The steak was hard and not good at all so I ended up taking it off and eating the rest. The next time I will drive to the location that I usually go to, the atmosphere is more inviting.

First timer for the Bibibop here and what an excellent choice that was for lunch today. The selections were bountiful. All kinds of options to pick from and when I apologized for being slow the gilr behind the counter took the time to let me know how it worked and what all of my options were. A really great experience and the lunchtime bowl was so big I will be skipping dinner tonight!

Went at 8pm (one hour before close), “we are out of noodles for the night”. It’s a hour before close… managers need to manage and teach staff that you don’t stop cooking an hour before close for key ingredients.
