Zero customer service/greeting upon walking in. Guy working the counter just stared at me as I entered, told him I ordered online for pickup, then I tell him my name which he proceeds to laugh at. Other guy in the back just stared at me. Guy gets my order from the back and when I arrived home and opened it, the pizza was cold, seemed like it was made hours before, and the crust was sort of stale or like they used old/freezer burnt dough. The marinara sauce had an odd sweet taste that I could only describe as grape jelly. Disgusting taste. And the pizza wasn’t cut properly, so it tore as you’re trying to get a slice. I’ve eaten Pizza Hut my entire life, and this was the grossest, cold pizza I’ve ever ordered. It was for carry out, and I left my house a minute after ordering, and I live 15 min from the store. Somehow the pizza was cold when I got home, again only 15min from the store. Awful pizza and customer service.

Store canceled order I made for food for nurses at therapy facility I am at. It was suppose to be a thank you for working of the 4th of July. They canceled 1 hr. before delivery because they “ran out of dough”! Sure they have bags of it in back. Papa John’s was more than happy to fulfill my order and my promises to some very helpful nurses having to work on the 4th of July!

Ordered over an hour and a half ago. Placed on hold for over 20 minutes till they hang up on me. And then the Girl tells me they don’t have ingredients to make a pizza then hangs up. Absolutely pathetic. Do not ever order here. It’s Sad because I won’t get refunded for this nor anyone else with bad reviews will but they keep doing this to everyone. Just lazy people who don’t want to work Making excuses and taking people’s money.

The service is great and orders are put out in a very timely manner however their prices are not comparable to other restaurants. Because of this we generally order from other businesses. If they made it more affordable we would definitely order much more from them. 1 large 1 medium pizza and wings $68 !! Won’t do that again !!!

What a demonstration of the epitome of incompetence and laziness. This location is poorly managed and it shows. The staff is clueless, the restaurant is missing key inventory to make the most popular items, the POS system is in disarray, and aroma in the inside isn’t pleasant. I walked out after waiting for 15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge my presence, so I’m sure their food cost isn’t good either (since I wasn’t the only person to walk out). I would never go back.

This store needs to deliver food closer to the estimated delivery time. I odered wings and cheese breadsticks at 5:36 pm with an estimated delivery time of 20-30 minutes. 40 minutes went by and the order tracker was still showing it was in the process of being made. I called the store and no one answered so the call got routed to the central customer service line. An older lady said that it looked like our order had left the store 10 minutes prior, okay sounds good. Well another 20 minutes rolls by and still no delivery so I call the store and once again get sent to customer service. This time it was a younger lady who said it looks like they are still making the order. So at this point, I decide to cancel the order. The young lady said her supervisor was able to cancel the order and said I would not be charged for this order (this was around 6:20 pm). At 6:21 pm, I get a text saying that the order is going to be delivered by Doordash. Since we cancelled the order we went out to eat and returned home about 7:30 pm and see food sitting outside our front door. We looked at our security footage and the food order was delivered at 7:15 pm. Horrible service!! This location continues to have issues, whether it be wrong items or delivery issues, they can not get their act right.

Poor communication, order a pizza at 4:29 for delivery,after an HOUR the website kept saying it was being made, so we made a call and said I a supervisor would answer my call I waited for 20 minutes on hold no answer, we got a text from DoorDash (mind you we didn’t order from DoorDash, so it seems like they order it themselves)saying our pizzas would arrive at 6:49 at this point we have been waiting for 2 hours just for order to get cancelled, and we call again and they said “they were out of an item”, they could of at least call to say they couldn’t deliver it, we order from dominos instead and it arrived in 10 minutes..just super disappointed with their communication.

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered my pizza to be done at 1115. Showed up at 1120 and they forgot to cook my order and tell me it will be 12 minutes. At 1135 came to the front and told me they were about to put it in the oven. And it would be 6 minutes. I asked if my wings would be done in that time too they said they’re already done so I’m sure they’re going to be cold by the time I get back to work since I’m on my lunch break by the way. The workers just yell about how they have so many orders so loud obnoxious and unprofessional and didn’t even apologize or offer anything for the inconvenience. TERRIBLE will NEVER be back

Avoid Coralville delivery/carryout. Ovens overcook, especially thin crust Meat Lovers, which had little cheese and whatever meat there was, besides pepperoni, was burnt. Two years ago this location was dependable and consistent. Now, workers seem disorganized and the place seems filthy. There are always better local pizza options but the location is convenient and a well executed thin crust is great for watching college football or basketball games at home. Unless there are big changes, I’m never going back.

ANYBODY CAN OUT PIZZA THIS HUT. This place is awful. We ordered on the app for carry out and it told us 25 minutes we waited 40. When we got there they told us it will be another 25-30 minute wait!! For one pizza and breadsticks. The workers are just standing around. This establishments a joke.
