Awful and disgusting! Cashier tried to overcharge me several times. I kept correcting the order even at the window. I thought we finally got it right only to find out that she still overcharged me after running my card. I wanted a refund and she refunded me incorrectly. It was so ridiculous and the kids were going wild that I just gave up. Welp that wasn’t even the end of it because everyone who ate the food got norovirus. Absolutely disgusting. Never ever again.

Not the managers fault because they have the the digital menu boards but I ordered a mexican chicken sandwich that wasn’t available and then asked about the quad burger and again it wasn’t on the menu and theybare advertising for the Spiderman burger but it’s not in their register yet….and 75%+ of their soda was out at the self serve machine

Every single time I’ve gone it’s been an awful experience and I always regret it. 90% of the workers are so rude and act like you’re bothering them. It’s only gotten more expensive and they restrict you so much on sauces?!?!? (See attached photo) Horrible ownership/ management.

Poor management. People coming in drive thru left and right saying they forgot something or mix up. Took 20 min to get my order of what I thought is a big burger but a small double cheese burger with bacon, never wanted bacon,and paid $11 for. Manager just wasn’t managing. Only spoke Spanish to Spanish speaking people and didn’t get my order right the first time. Gave me it to go. When I want it to dine in.
