Queen of Pizza has a very professional staff. The cook was making food really good and seemed like he cared about his job. The young cashier was very good with customer service. Normally I order from here & everything is fine. But today everything was horrible. The lady on the phone had a nasty attitude & the food was horrible. It was like a serving for a kid. It was OK.. it’s definitely a hood spot.. The little boy answering the phone and taking orders could definitely use an attitude adjustment and some better customer service skills… he could increase his tips with just that! I didn’t tip because of the nasty attitude. The food was good to my surprise.

I ordered a medium cheese pizza and honey bbq buffalo wings. My wings wasn’t cooked all the way and they was freezer burnt. The skin was rubbery and lose. Then when I took them back the cooks was talking and Spanish and laughing at me. They made me wait an half hour for 10 buffalo wings and this is what they gave me. Chicken still freezer as long as I live in Darby I will not order from Queen of pizza again. They fell off badly they are rude and unprofessional.

Everything is sooo good ! You can even warm the fries up & still enjoy them lol. Customer service is amazing as well only when its a specific person .. you can tell they just need someone to take orders and its showing , they need better cashiers before they lose their good customers like me lol I spend too much money there to deal with nasty attitudes !
