Dhokla Sandwich was uncooked and khamann were not as soft as usual. When we complained, the cashier said it’s not possible, it cannot happen and said we never got any complaint. When spoke to manager he first said yes for exchange and then changed his mind didn’t take the return or exchange. When I asked the manger to taste it, he said he was on upwaas. I left the stuff for them to taste it when he is done with upwaas so they could believe that I wasn’t lying. Worst customer service.
