I gat a caramel iced coffee large and I was shocked by the price! The first drink I was like okay not bad then however after that it tasted different. It had a bad after taste and I did not care for it at all. I did try to order a breakfast sandwich but the oven was broken. It took a while to get my coffee and the person in front of me as well. For one coffee drink? I think it was crazy!

Usually i have a good visit to this dunkin’. This time I definitely did not. I asked for a grilled cheese and my iced coffee as usual. I had to ask to have my grilled cheese remade because the toast was cold and my cheese was not melted at all. Not to mention they did not tell me when my grilled cheese was ready we had to guess if it was ours or not. They remade it but the quality was terrible yet again. I definitely think it depends on the staff, this staff was mostly teenagers and they were complaining loudly about orders and what the costumers were doing which is unprofessional.

I ordered 5 sausage patties with egg and cheese! No bun, no wrap, just 5 sausage patties egg and cheese! They charged me $4.59 for each one! I told the lady at the window your charging me full price. She talked to someone she came back and said that was the price they couldn’t change it. Got home and I opened my sack and they gave me 5 sausage egg and cheese wraps at full price, not even at the wrap price. You want to know why customers get upset, this is why! Pay attention to the customers order and get off your dam phone when your working! From now on I will go in and order and raise holy Cain if my order is not right! NO CELL PHONES WHILE YOU ARE WORKING, I CAN DO IT YOU CAN TOO.

Always like stopping at different Dunkin’s across the different states when traveling on the east the past couple years. It’s interesting how each store carries different doughnuts then another. The staff yesterday could use customer service classes if they even exist these day. Maybe customer service just doesn’t matter to businesses any longer, the whole experience made for stale awkward atmosphere while we were there. Hope the others Dunkin’s are not this way. I guess we will see along our way over the next six weeks before heading back home in Idaho!

I wish I could leave 0 they can’t answer their phones and the order was rang up right but the teenager they hired gave me the wrong drink and couldn’t even take the order not to mention it took over 10 minutes for them to attempt then stopped us then attempted again I tried to call to complain to a manager but don’t bother calling them at all because they don’t care enough to answer their phones and if you go here your order will be messed up since the people at the drive thru can’t even take an order or make the right order even though it’s in front of them this store needs to retrain their whole staff when I used to come it was great and that was before all the teenagers were hired there is so much more but no point in posting bc none of the staff there care about their customers i would rather go to the Hastings one or to paradise donuts which is sad that a family owned is better than a huge company and plus they are always out of donuts when that’s the main thing they sell

i LOVE dunkin’ donuts but this location is the worst. last time i went they ran out of donuts this time , this is the “ASSORTMENT” i got there was only one with sprinkles that my son got before i took a picture. the donuts all look and taste old. i’m so disappointed i don’t even want to try to go back again
